Tom in the service department at Tuttle Click is amazing. They are booked up, but that is because they are well worth the wait. Tom knows his stuff. Another dealership almost had me paying for things that were covered under my extended warranty. Tom was familiar with both my vehicle type and my extended warranty program. He was able to get my repair covered under the warranty and saved me THOUSANDS of dollars!!! I can’t thank him enough! I will never take my vehicle to another dealership to be serviced after this experience! Thank you Tom!!!

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

This is my 4th RAM 1500 and is, so far, the best I have owned. The interior is much more appealing to the eye, the user interface on the large display is second to none, and for a tech geek like me, it really seals the deal. The sound this truck makes when started or when gassing it sound much more like a sports car than a truck. It has plenty of room for 5 people to be comfortable. What an amazing truck.

Hassle free experience when I went into get an oil change with the help of Branden. Upon completion of service, I received an easy to read report outlining the results of inspection. Service department was very professional and helpful.

I got hit in a snow storm and pushed into oncoming traffic then hit by a 60,000 lbs snow plow. Truck was totaled had to be cut out of it because all the doors were stuck but I walked away with minor bruising from the seat belt. Just got my new 2026 last week. Definitely recommend for safety and 24 mpg on the highway with the twin turbo hurricane and plenty of power.

I bought a car over the weekend and I spoke to Yosselyn before coming in and she was super helpful and assured me that I would be helped out and be able to get into the vehicle I was looking into. Once we arrived she introduced us to Jesus and he was just as helpful. He showed us the vehicle and went for a test drive. He made the process really easy and enjoyable! Definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking to get into a new or used car.

4.5 stars for not providing two-way free shuttle to clients. They said the dealer could only provide one-way shuttle service either back home or going back to the dealership which is a total non-sense to me. However, I had a great experience with Jeremy Hernandez. He is awesome! He took care of my deflated tire under warranty.

Larry Yu was very professional from the time we test drove the VW ID4 until we took delivery on Jul 9, 2022. Adam did a nice job locating the vehicle I wanted to see. He went the extra mile tracking down the service manager, beginning the purchasing process, and ultimately ensuring the vehicle was ready for pick-up a week later. I found Adam to genuinely care that I had a good purchasing experience.

I am enjoying the vehicle so far. It was used by the General Manager of the dealership before I bought it. It is spacious and comfortable, although the Rock Creek suspension doesn't give as good a ride as my 2018 Pathfinder did. The Android Auto feature is very useful. It gets good gas milage on the highway in the 4WD "ECO" mode, but the shut off/start at lights is noticeable and takes some getting used to. My last Pathfinder was very reliable overall--we'll see about this one, which has more electronics.

My experience at Auto Nation was great. The advisor walked me through the recall process on my car. He was very knowledgeable about the process and indicated how long it would take to complete the job. A little mishap occurred to my vehicle while being serviced. I was informed of what happened and given 2 options to correct the mishap at Auto Nation's expense. Thanks for being honest Auto Nation staff. Job well done! I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄
