Graff Chevrolet review
I had an excellent experience purchasing my new truck, and a huge part of that was thanks to my salesperson, Pedro. From start to finish, Pedro was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable and confident with my purchase. He took the time to answer all my questions, was transparent throughout the process, and never made me feel pressured. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable—something you don’t always hear when it comes to buying a vehicle. If you’re in the market for a new truck and want someone who truly cares about customer service, ask for Pedro. I highly recommend this dealership and would absolutely come back again.

I received all the help I needed to get a car and now I'm getting ready to buy it . Recommended areas of focus for continued personal and professional development would be interpersonal communications, self-awareness and maintaining a level of appropriate distance and professionalism with customers and subordinates. He will continue to improve overall performance in the coming year by focusing on the softer skills of project management and being able to both accept and deliver feedback in an empathetic manner. Please acknowledge receipt of this employee review letter, and if you have any questions, let me know as I am always available to discuss his performance. Sincerely,

Auto Merchants Inc.Reviews
Auto Merchants Inc. review
I love the car I purchased!!! However, the dealership should upgrade their AI (Emma) because my only question before going to see the car is if the prices were negotiable. AI claimed they did negotiate, but once I arrived, I was told they don't. Customers just don't want to be misled. - I thought I was texting with a real person only to find it was actually AI. So, I ended up paying a bit more for the car than I really wanted to. But, I justified that because the car was in really good shape for a 2018, and it had less than 34,000 miles. I would probably use this dealership again.

CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving) review
I truly enjoyed my shopping experience yesterday on Friday. October 2, 2015. Mia was very patient, professional, and caring in listening to my needs and concerns. With God's and Mia's help I was able to purchase a 2015 Ford Focus. Thank you again Mia for being an excellent salesperson. I will definitely recommend CarMax to my friends.
2022 Nissan Altima review
Everything else, I like about this car. HOWEVER, the backup camera is the worst I've ever seen. I can barely see anything from it to being totally worthless. No, it's not just my car, every Altima (6th generation) has the same problem - I checked out several Altimas on the lot. Prior to this I had a 2015 Altima, it was great, I could see anything regardless of the lighting condition. The new Altima's camera has an adjusting feature and it seems to be stuck on the lowest setting. The techs act stupid and tell me well all the other cars are the same...well duh!

Once we had an appointment, we had a smooth experience. The wait times can be very long, so make sure you have one. Jaxon took great care of us and communicated appropriately. The financing was easy and a very competitive rate. Everyone we dealt with was friendly. After we completed all of the paperwork, the wait was a bit long to drive out the door, but overall, I would buy from CarMax again and recommend it!

2022 Nissan Altima review
I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.
