Samir (sp?) and Leon are absolutely lovely human beings and really made everything go so smoothly. I would be remiss if I did not mention Zach (sp?) who worked out the specifics prior to our arrival. I did not catch her name, but the customer professional who greeted us and made sure we are taken care of is so nice and super helpful. And everyone had a sense of humor! Love it!

Grateful for a traditional yet quick and respectful experience at Clay Cooley Park Cities Volkswagen today! AutoNation Ford Frisco review
My wife and I had a great experience buying a new explorer at Auto Nation Frisco. We found the vehicle we were looking for on the website. So I called Saturday morning and spoke to AB what a fantastic young man. We scheduled a time to meet with him, he had the vehicle parked up front and ready to view. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. I will be calling AB again for our next vehicle.

I have stopped looking elsewhere and will with out a doubt complete my purchase with them. Very friendly and willing to go the distance to obtain my business and make me feel welcomed and relaxed. When Looking for a new Nissan Look no further than Texas Nissan! Joel Got me in my ride in less than 1 hour and didn't need to go back and forth between managers, because they actually come to you and give you the best deals without haggling for hours! Also have great selection of cars and suvs to choose from. Will be back for future car shopping for sure! Thanks to Joel Fenkell and Jose (Sales Manager)

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

One of the best car buying experiences we have had! Quinten made it easy, was not pushy or salesy. He listened to what we actually wanted, answered our questions honestly, and gave us space to make a decision without any pressure. The whole process felt relaxed and straightforward, which is exactly what we were looking for. The finance team operated the same - easiest we have walked through. Highly recommend this team.

My wife and I bought a 2021 kickehs with very low miles from them. I am in my 50's and was the best buying experience that I ever had! The quote for the vehicle and the monthly payment didn't change a penny throughout the process, other words no baiting just to get you there. Very honest pain-free experience! My daughter is next in line for a car and we will definitely go straight there for our purchase!

CarMax GarlandReviews
CarMax Garland review
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Freedom Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM North is an amazing place to buy a vehicle. We arrived about noon & our Salesman was Jason ‘Bird’ Hiberd, who turned out to be the Salesman everyone should have..he pulled out the Jeep we came to see, answered all our questions & then allowed us to make up our own minds without being pushy..once we made the decision, the rest was easy..all the salesmen were so nice while we waited for the paperwork..by the time we drove away (in our new SUV) Jason had made sure all was good & ready to go…We will recommend Freedom CDJR NORTH to all our family & friends!..Thank You Jason for making this such a pleasant experience!..Donna & Richard West

Toyota of Fort WorthReviews
Toyota of Fort Worth review
I just purchased a new Toyota Tacoma today and was beyond pleased with the experience. I used the Costco Auto Program and was contacted by Ruben Puente quickly. He provided me the Costco price (which was great btw) and provided me trade in figures quickly via email. This was super helpful as I leave 2 hours away and wanted to make sure all the numbers were buttoned up before I made the trip down. Unfortunately Ruben was off today but answered his cell phone and arranged for his peer Lee Makarwich to help me when I arrived. They coordinated well and Lee had the Tacoma cleaned up and ready for me to check out upon my arrival. Lee went to bat for me with a discrepancy with the value of one of my trade ins and made sure I got the deal I was expecting. He was very professional and took great care to make sure everything was explained properly and that I was taken care of. Kevin Tran, the Finance Manager, listened to my needs and offered a great solution for my long term ownership satisfaction. We settled on a short term/high mileage warranty and gap protection to protect me from any unforeseen expenses that may occur in the future. He was friendly, professional and a pleasure dealing with. Overall from the being to the end, this was a wonderful experience and highly recommend checking out the great staff at Toyota of Fort Worth for any automobile purchase.
