Went to the dealership to look at a Jeep Wrangler that I saw online. The Jeep didn’t have all the options I was looking for but it was a nice change of pace that their staff didn’t try to push other cars that I wasn’t interested in. Finally a good experience at a dealership, I will definitely be going back.

Avondale Nissan review
I had the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had at Avondale Nissan. My salesperson Trudy was not pushy, and didn't waste my time showing me something I didn't want or couldn't afford. She was straightforward and knowledgeable. The desk manager was very polite and helpful. I told them both what I was willing to pay, and they worked with me to make that happen. No haggling or hassle whatsoever. I was there for about 3 hours with my two small children and everybody was so nice. People coming up just to say hi to my kids, to offer them candy or a snack. Really good people here at Avondale Nissan. I am happy to have walked out with my new Altima.

2023 Nissan Altima review
Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

Great buying experience. I did take the car (BMW) to a BMW dealership for a concern I had with the car I bought at CarMax. They found something so then I took it back to CarMax to have it fixed (5-day money back guarantee and 30-day warranty) and CarMax took care of it at no cost and without any questions.

Service here was amazing! They aren’t pushy while you’re looking around, but are super helpful and responsive when you have any questions. I personally worked with Eric while purchasing my car and he was awesome answering the many questions I had throughout the process (thank you Eric!). Overall a great experience and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a car! :)

Just completed the most painless new car purchase I have ever had! I connected with David Reznick by email, I gave him the stock # of the vehicle I was interested in, we met at 4 & he had the car cleaned up & ready to test drive. No high pressure sales, we just talked about my needs & expectations. He then introduced me to the finance manager Justin Shannon, again, no high pressure just real conversation. I soon walked out with a new car & was very happy with it! Overall, the total process took 2 hours!!! I chose to add a few accessories to my new car, Jeremiah in service helped me out with that, made it really easy & kept me posted on the progress until the car was finished. I couldn't be more happy with my experience here!!!

I was elated with my experience, until I had a problem. When I got home and started to learn about my new used car I discovered I was given a broken key fob that does not have the mechanical key used in the event of an emergency/safety issue. I texted my salesman who said he would check in it. Several days later I had not heard anything. Contacted my sales person again and he admitted he forgot and sent me to the GM. I emailed the GM twice and never heard back. I contacted customer relations and explain. They said they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. It's now several days later and nothing. I was hoping they would handle the situation so I didn't have to put it in the review. The sales part was good, the followup in nil.

AutoNation USA Chandler review
I have nothing but praise for this amazing team! I went in with a 2008 vehicle that I was upside down on, not enough money for the down payment, and a credit score that was far from perfect. I truly didn’t think getting a newer vehicle would be possible. But they made it happen! I drove away in an AMAZING 2021 SUV! 🚙❤️ What touched me the most was how I was treated. Not once did they make me feel less than anyone else because of my credit or financial situation. They treated me like a five-star customer—honestly, they made me feel like a millionaire! The respect, kindness, patience, and genuine effort they showed me were unbelievable. A very special thank you to Husam (Sam) Aoufe, my amazing salesperson, and Tracy Brown, the Sales Manager who MADE IT HAPPEN! These two went above and beyond for me and turned what I thought was an impossible situation into one of the happiest days I’ve had in a long time. I walked in worried and uncertain, and I drove away in a beautiful 2021 SUV feeling like a million bucks! ❤️ Thank you, Sam. Thank you, Tracy. I will never forget how you treated me. You have a customer and a fan for life! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
