So this will be my second car from Coulter nissan in surprise that I have bought. Everytime they're so pleasant and relaxed. Jan Lieberman was my sales pro and I will forever go back to him. Straightforward, honest and great communicator. I took a couple days to consider options and had him ride around in several vehicles with me. He treated every car ride like the first and was very patient with me haha this facility and staff are so customer oriented and worked with me to close a fair deal that I was more then happy with. Grateful for Jan, Justin and Leon for all they did and the promises they kept. My family will definitely be returning to them!
I have been coming to coultier Nissan in surprise since I purchased a used Altima from them so figure I stay with the same dealer. I have never had a bad experience with anyone there. Excellent car buying experience. I felt this dealership put my needs first, ahead of their own. I arrived a little early, and they took my car right away. I was out 5 minutes after my scheduled time. We have purchased six Kias here and we will always deal with Peoria Kia. Kudos to our long time service rep, Larry Orris.
I was looking for a used Hyundai Santa Fe Sport for awhile and the dealership had one listed at a reasonable price. I contacted Hal Bliss by phone and set up a time to view the vehicle. When I got to the dealership, Hal introduced me to Jordan Stevens to go over the vehicle. Jordan was very considerate and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I conducted a test drive and decided to purchase the vehicle.
I did have a trade in and Hal was able to give me a fair price for. It was close to what I thought it would be worth and it was not worth haggling over a couple of hundred dollars.
Jordan then presented to me the "dealer equipment" that had been added on to the price of the vehicle. Having bought numerous cars from different dealerships during my adult life, I knew this was coming. I was able to remove some. Hal worked with me on the price of others. I believe that I received a fair deal for the car I bought with these added "options".
In the end, I would return to Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale to buy another car in the future. I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle or sign any paperwork until the deal was done.
Reached out through cars.com and scheduled a test drive. Communication through email was good. Met with Tina, took my test drive and Tina was very knowledgable. Told her my story, she was no pressure which was good. I may be 60 days out before I settle on a vehicle purchase but would go back to Mark Mitsubishi if the stars align by the time I am ready to pull the trigger.
