Werner Mazda review
I have to say that was the easiest car buying experience I ever had at a dealership besides Carvana. Cameron Landry was down to earth and really made me feel valued as a customer. The entire group at Werner made me feel welcome and I can tell they support the military as everyone thanked me for my service (Active Duty Air Force Recruiter). Needless to say I will definitely return when I need to purchase another vehicle. Thank you again Cameron/Werner group for taking great care of my family and God Bless! -MSgt Steven Marquis

Ron Bouchard Nissan review
Like most people the thought of car shopping is just an anxiety ridden process. I can not say enough about the attention and focus they put on their customer buying experience. The communication was excellent as well as trying to meet my needs by asking the right questions and finding the right car. I scheduled with Jessica Aubin and the cars were ready and waiting. She knew the cars inside and out and was able to answer all of my questions and if she did not know, she went to ask- she didn't try to xx stuff by me. Stacie the GM was fantastic and Chris in finance was so patient with my, no less than a million questions on warranties etc. I never once felt pressured or treated like a bother. Not every dealership can say this. I had some bad experiences recently during this buying processes with other dealers and I wondered where the days went when the sales person not only wanted to sell you a car, but sell themselves and all the reasons to create a relationship with this dealer. Well I found it and I think you will too! I can't see my family going anywhere else in the future. Thanks again for showing that customer service still exists!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Adriano Carlo at the Lynnfield Nissan location, and I can confidently say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Adriano made me feel welcomed and valued. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm for helping customers were evident throughout the entire process. Adriano took the time to thoroughly understand my needs and preferences, guiding me to the perfect vehicle that met all my criteria. He patiently answered all my questions, provided detailed explanations, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. His expertise in the features and benefits of each car was impressive, and he ensured I was fully informed to make the best decision. What truly stood out was Adriano's commitment to customer satisfaction. He went above and beyond to secure a fantastic deal and made the entire financing process seamless and stress-free. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring every aspect of the purchase was handled flawlessly was truly remarkable. Adriano Carlo is a shining example of exceptional customer service. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend visiting the Lynnfield Nissan location and asking for Adriano. His professionalism, knowledge, and sincere dedication to his customers make him an invaluable asset to the dealership. Thank you, Adriano, for making my car-buying experience truly outstanding! -Lisamarie M.
2023 Nissan Altima review
Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

Had a long term rattling problem with my Murano. It had gotten to the point where Nissan itself was involved. They sent a representative out and he couldn’t figure it out. I then sent it to these guys, to see if they could figure it out. They took it apart, and the supervisor Jim, remembered a different car having the same exact problem 5 years prior. Bottom line, they fixed it. Even after one of Nissan’s reps could not. They walked me though everything to make sure it had been fixed to my satisfaction. They know what they are doing.

As usual, a good experience. Setting appointment on-line is fast, and they look up your car to advise service based on mileage. On appointment day, I could drop off car early. They asked me if I wanted ride home (I was all set). They did the work, called me a couple hours later, made payment, with no glitches.

Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars. Put it this way, it was great enough experience for me to come online and leave reviews all over!

Imperial SubaruReviews
Imperial Subaru review
My wife and I leased a forester for 3 years and decided to buy a CROSTREK 2025 . WE decided our joints couldn't quite get used to getting in and out so we went back and purchased a 2026 Forester. We had a stress less experience buying a car with Emily Messier who walked us through a great experience. Rmilu is professional and very friendly. I would recommend any interested new car buyer to visit Imperial Subaru in Foxborough and seeing Emily for a great car buying experience. We were so pleased with Emily and I am sure we would go back again. Thank you EMILY.

My husband and I just bought 2 cars there and we had the best experience! Our salesman Nick was great. No pressure at all and he just went that extra mile for us. We were not rushed and he took the time to explain the the features inside the cars. I will tell everyone this is the place to go and ask for Nick!

Anchor Auto Group - Subaru NissanReviews
Anchor Auto Group - Subaru Nissan review
We had hoped to have a good car buying experience when we went to Anchor Subaru and instead we had a great experience with our salesman Frantz. He listened very well to get an understanding of what we were looking for. In a short time he had shown us one of a few cars that became exactly what we were looking for. We decided the next day to trade in our other car for a new Crosstrek. We couldn't be happier with the way everything was handled and we love both of our recently purchased cars. All of our interactions with Frantz were very easy and accomodating. We had a hitch put on one of our recently purchased vehicles and Jack in the Service Department handled that experience so well. The waiting room at the dealership is very relaxing and roomy. Snacks and drinks are available as complimentary. Anchor Subaru stands out as a top dealership! We have purchased vehicles here before and it is always a pleasure.
