Lake Elsinore HondaReviews
Lake Elsinore Honda review
Thanks to Alec Stephenson and the service department team for helping me with my vehicle! I had a flat and needed 4 new tires for my 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid. After contacting 3 other Honda Dealers with no success Alec responded that Lake Elsinore Honda had the tires but included the alignment and balancing in the final price -all before closing. He even provided a military discount! My vehicle is running smoothly now thanks to him and his team's efforts. I appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail when 3 other dealers could not. He gave me options that nobody else offered so I could make an informed decision. Every dealership should have staff that listens to their customers like Alec.
2024 Nissan Altima review
Very sporty inside and out. Great gas mileage. I like that it has just the right amount of buttons and dials, not too much. The seats are very comfortable.

CarMax OceansideReviews
CarMax Oceanside review
What an amazing experience! I had the pleasure to have John Khalil as my sales agent, who happens to not only be a welcoming and zealous sales agent at CarMax of Oceanside, CA, but also a very talented painting artist!! He had great compassion for my autistic son and made sure he was always comfortable during the efficient waiting process by offering him a cute CarMax car toy, a CarMax coloring book and crayons. He went above and beyond when complex situations came about during the bank’s verification process. The determination he had to push my situation through with his persistent diligence as I watched him communicate with high professionalism and positivity as a team with his colleagues/finance management team was remarkable!!!! Thank you, CarMax of Oceanside, CA!! You all are an amazing TEAM!! I’m so happy with my car!!!

2024 Nissan Altima review
Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

This was the most relaxed and efficient purchase my wife and I have ever made. We were in and out with a RAV4 in less than two hours, including a test drive. The salesman, Joshua, was fantastic. There was zero pressure to buy but lots of information and help in making our decision.

I recently went in to have my vehicle inspected, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Krysta, the service representative, truly went above and beyond to accommodate me. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, but Krysta exceeded all expectations. She kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend this location, especially if you have the chance to work with Krysta—you won’t be disappointed -Doris
