Honda of Cleveland Heights review
Was hands down the smoothest process I’ve been through at any dealership and I’ve been to many. I worked with Michael Dorony as my sales consultant. Very nice, friendly, down to earth guy. From the second I walked in he greeted me with a smile. We took a test drive and was very helpful and thorough with showing me everything I needed to know. Got back and started gathering my info, plugging numbers. It’s rare to see anymore but a very honest upfront dealership. Not trying to scam you into a higher payment no manipulation etc. That is Very very hard to find. He took me down to show me the service department extremely clean and orderly compared to others I’ve seen cannot recommend this dealership enough from the people to the honesty this is where you want to be. Cannot thank Michael more for his help and was fortunate to work with him. Anthony in finance was also very warm and welcoming and made the process quick and effortless.

One day looking for cars on internet I saw one I liked so I called Honda at Cleveland Heights. Frank Shorf answered the phone shortly. He said the vehicle I was interested on was sold, but he would help me find one like that. Next day I was already on the way to get a new car! Himself and the rest of the personal were very nice and informative. I got a better car than the one I liked at first for a great price!

Tim Lally ChevroletReviews
Tim Lally Chevrolet review
I had a great experience with the process of returning my leased vehicle and selecting a new one. Having owned and leased several Chevys over the years, this was actually my first time at Tim Lally, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Justice was my salesman. He was courteous and helped me find the right vehicle. The management team were equally impressive and able to negotiate a price point that fit my budget without resorting to high pressure sales tactics. Not sure why I waited so long to check this dealership out, but I will definitely be a repeat customer! PS - love my new 2026 Trailblazer.
2024 Nissan Altima review
Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Steevy did a phenomenal job assisting us in our vehicle purchase. We requested to see another car and he was quick to bring it to us to look at. We did end up buying the new car steevy brought to the lot to. He got us in and out in a very timely manner and made us feel comfortable. I’d recommend friends and family to come to this dealership.

Ken Ganley Subaru BedfordReviews
Ken Ganley Subaru Bedford review
????? I recently leased a 2027 Subaru Crosstrek from Bedford Subaru, and I couldn?t be happier with my experience! This dealership truly provides outstanding customer service and goes above and beyond to make its customers feel valued. The General Manager, Asif Kassam, was exceptionally kind, personable, and genuinely interested in helping me get the best possible deal. Joshua Baskind, the salesman I worked with, was friendly, patient, and thorough in explaining both the lease process and the features of my new vehicle. Tyler Giles, the F&I Specialist, was also wonderful, taking the time to clearly explain my options and answer my questions. Everyone made the entire experience pleasant, comfortable, and stress-free. It?s refreshing to work with a dealership where customer satisfaction is clearly a priority. I highly recommend Bedford Subaru to anyone looking for a vehicle and an exceptional buying or leasing experience. Thank you, Asif, Joshua, Tyler, and the entire Bedford Subaru team, for making my experience such a positive one!

From the time I made the first call about my Nissan Murano Danny was very helpful and luckily had Andrew Chinchar take care of me. Andrew contacted me immediately and sent me videos, pictures and paperwork. Anything I ask for he was quick to respond. I drove over 4 hrs because of the great price and was greatly satisfied with the quality of the vehicle I purchased. The whole process was seamless and efficient. Mentor Nissan is a very warm and welcoming dealership and I only wish I didn’t live so far away so I could take advantage of their great service. Thank you Danny and especially Andrew Chinchar for the best experience ever buying my car. I love it!!

The easiest experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Rino, the salesman, was very professional. He let me drive the car as long as I wanted. No pressure. Great people. I would definitely deal with them in the future.

On April 10.2024 Stop for a oil change Jason Boismier recommended service that needed to be done . He was pleasant, after coolant flush, oil change, front brakes everything was fine except they didn’t rotate my tire it a small thing but did they forget to check my pressure also. I have been coming there for 14 years after purchasing my Nissian Murano small things matter 😔 Marlene Walker

Mark Thomas Ford, Inc.Reviews
Mark Thomas Ford, Inc. review
I have had my vehicles serviced at Mark Thomas for the last eight years. I have bought two vehicles there in the last six months from Mark Thomas both the sales and service have been great. I was helped in getting financed which I didn't think I would get. Thanks to Mark Thomas my credit score is going up. The vehicles at Mark Thomas are very, very good as I have not had any issue with them. Mark Thomas is my go-to for sales and service. You will be treated right there.

Nissan Of North OlmstedReviews
Nissan Of North Olmsted review
Engine light service was thoroughly inspected because codes no longer available. The only thing that raises an eyebrow is this isn't the first time the multi-point free inspection indicates I need to have something replaced that's been replaced within last month or few. I understand mechanics are busy, but would appreciate better evaluation. Thanks to those who keep my 14 year old Cube up and running. Of all the vehicles I've owned, it's by far my favorite not only for reliability, but just plain fun to drive.
