The best car buying experience I’ve had. Randolph was no-nonsense, not pushy, and did everything I asked. He even filled the truck’s tank- twice: Once when I took it home, again when I brought it back in for requested work. Highly recommend this dealership and especially Randolph!
Excellent dealership with AWESOME customer service...Very informed about the vehicles they have on there lot....Very friendly and nice, not pushy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.......Most salesmen are a pain in the butt and aggravate you as soon as they open there mouth !!!...LOL.....There sale force are awesome and go with the flow...They listen and go out of there way to make you comfortable..............
Called about a 2500 gmc theyansweref all my questions .i called back a few minutes later and told them I was on my way to look at it and said he would put keys up so no one could drive it until I said I wanted it .it was just as advertised so I bought it.Matt Bass was great to work with
My wife and I stopped by to check the new inventory of GMC trucks and saw a 2018 Sierra that was what we were interested in and spoke with David French who showed us the truck. After a test drive we returned with our truck that we were interested in trading in for the 2018 GMC and had ask them to make us an offer. Within minutes we reached a fair and reasonable offer. Our experience with David and the entire Vann York group was fair, fast and professional.
When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.
Recently we purchased a Ford Expedition at Impex. Nasser was not high pressure and did what was necessary to make sure we were happy. The entire buying process was easy and very pleasant. Awesome experience. Drove over 200 miles to get there, and it was worth every minute - from emailing with questions, to making an offer. I called and talked with Stephen. Very knowledgeable, tech savy about all the features and systems, and was a straight shooter. I sent pictures of my vehicle and negotiated everything over the phone. Showed up at the dealership and signed my paperwork and was out the door in about an hour. Leon was great too. Smooth transition through all the paperwork. Really like this dealership.
Simply a great experience and everyone was outstanding. There was no pressure to buy and I was given plenty of time to review all options. I visited all the local jeep dealers and was treated the best here. The manager AJ is a honest person and in the business for the right reasons. I would highly recommend driving to Lexington before any others.
