I own a 2015 Nissan Titan and end the market to buy a new one. I started off with Route 66 Nissan and they didn’t have quite what I was looking for but they have the best salesman Brandon Hickman around and some pretty awesome deals. Hopefully soon I will be back to purchase a titan from them.
we are shopping around for a nissam maxima, route 66 nissan has been so great to us. Keeping us updated with new maximas and deals. Brandon Hickman has been such a sweetheart and helping us get to where we need to be, I highly recommend him. He is the best, go see him at route 66 nissan.
We are in the market to find a Nissan Rouge. Our experience with customer service and test driving was great, we didn't buy yet but definitely plan on buying in the future. Brandon Hickman did an outstanding job helping us and we will be coming back to see him soon as we are ready to purchase.
Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.

I was shopping for a Jeep Liberty to tow behind my RV. Explained this necessity as absolutely the reason I was there to buy a Jeep Liberty they had in their dealership. The salesman that I worked with went the extra step for me and contacted two different Jeep service departments to make sure to this vehicle could be flat towed. With no extra equipment needed.

My salesman Jim Herin was the best! Good communicator and always on top of things during the process. I bought my truck on line sight unseen. The photos were beautiful and Jim arranged all of the shipping to get it to me in Nebraska. Aside from needing to jump start the truck to get it off the moving trailer and then putting it on a charger it was just as advertised! I love it. I would work with Jim again when i need to get another vehicle. The finance department leaves something to be desired. I am still waiting on paperwork to prove i own the truck. Finance department is the only reason they did not get 5 stars.
I was shopping for a used Chrysler Town & Country Van in excellent condition that had a 6-way power seat on the front passenger side and was white on the exterior. This particular model was very hard to find and CarMax only had about 4 of these nationwide out of about 340 Town & Country vans that they had in stock. I found one on-line that was in Texas that I liked. I contacted Brian Bricken and he started the process of having this particular van transferred to Tulsa. He called and let me know when it was here and ready to test drive. Brian was very easy to work with during the entire process. I test drove the van and liked it. Then I went through the actual buying process at CarMax which was quick and painless. Once I bought the van I took it to Christian Brothers Automotive on 81st street and for $99 plus tax they did a very thorough inspection and only found a few minor things that they recommended to be fixed. I then made an appointment with the CarMax Service Department and Bob helped me through that process. He gave my an appointment to bring the van and have their tech go through my short list of things that needed fixing. They replaced all the windshield wiper blades. They purchased and installed a rechargeable flashlight that was supposed to be in the van. They they ordered a plastic threshold to replace on that was slightly cracked. They also replace a piece of weatherstripping that had a minor tear in the black rubber. I am very pleased with my entire CarMax experience. Now I understand why there are so very many vehicles running around town with "CarMax" emblems on the rear of the vehicle. The next time I need to purchase a vehicle I plan to go on-line and see what CarMax has to offer.
Margus was our initial contact.. he walked my daughter thru buying process of her 1st car.. I was really impressed with his sales skills and patience. Even though we paid more than our initial goal..I actually left feeling good about it..management and Margus both followed up for any concerns and welcoming to Jackie Cooper Nissan Family.. this Group gets it!!!
I felt like we visited every dealership in Tulsa, at least that was the way it felt. No dealership and no salesman can compete with Jackie Cooper Nissan or Matt Danzi and Eric Inman. They answered every question, and there were many. They were professional, friendly, courteous and mindful of our budget. Needless to say next time, only one dealership will be visited Jackie Cooper Nissan.
The salesperson was very accommodating and easy to work with. The car was delivered from California in four days but had to wait an additional eight days for title transfer. Thankyou Oklahoma! Picking up the vehicle was fairly easy and the staff was professional and congenial. The vehicle was everything that was promised and I would definitely recommend them .
This was by far the BEST experience we have had purchasing a car. Ther was very little back and forth and was completely painless. We only had to come to the dealership to pick up our truck and only there for a short time. We will for sure be back to purchase our future vehicles here. Our salesman was exceptional and caring!!!!!!!!!!
My husband and I went to Ferguson’s to look for a late model used pickup recently on a Saturday afternoon. We we able to shop by ourselves without being bombarded by salesmen. At the right time Tim Flusche came out and asked if he could help. He gave us prices on the trucks we were interested in. My husband selected his truck and Tim got the paperwork done quickly and we were on the road. There was no pressure to buy and that’s how we like to shop.
