We bought our Armada used and it has been great. It's very spacious and we haven't had any issues. These vehicles can last for thousands of miles of properly taken care of.

I noticed the automatic start-stop feature was working intermittently. I suspected the battery was not charging properly (almost four years old. A quick call for a load test got me in very quickly and the load test revealed the battery was failing. Tom, the service advisor, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the battery was quickly replaced. While my car was there the service team did a quick check of my car and noted that my tires are wearing unevenly on the inside, which I had not noticed, so I am monitoring that.

Overall I feel like we had a really great experience. I believe I had a fair trade and they honored their word- fixed the car I purchased that had some challenges I noticed at the time of my test drive. Were pretty communicative. I definitely felt heard and taken care of at the end of the day. No pressure to write a review or give a certain rating which I appreciate. Had a brake fluid and coolant flush. They have the right equipment and great technicians to do the job right. I have had air conditioner work done there awhile back and all was good then.

I travel for my job with a 10×6 enclosed trailer and have put many miles on this beautiful beast. Its taken my family camping on the beach, picked up family members and luggage at the airport. It has power and speed when needed with lots of comfort! At 115,000 miles(50,000 when I bought in 2019) and proper maintenance, im confident I can double that milage!

Purchased recently because we needed a bigger car. We looked at Tahoes and Expeditions but we didn't want all the technology that can go wrong. The good about the Armada is that it's very comfortable, heated & cooled seats work great, has plenty of power and a nice V8 grumble, it looks pretty cool, features work well and it's been very reliable so far. The bad is that the power third row takes forever to operate, you can't see anything out of the back at night even with the cameras, the infotainment is pretty dated, steering is vague, and some parts of the interior feel a bit cheap. The gas mileage sucks which is to be expected from a big truck like this but they didn't cut corners with the interior like Ford and GM! MSRP was $66,540 and we got it for half with under 50k miles!

Ok so I’ve been in the market for a vehicle for some time now. Been to countless dealerships and they are all the same make you wait and Wasted my time week after week until we came here and talked to Malcolm. We just bought this car from Tim Dahle Nissan Southtown in Utah. And we loved this car. we were pretty hesitant because cost and family budget but now that we have it we cant look back it is an awesome car to run, very smooth and comfortable even though I am only 5'2. love the fact the third row is pretty comfortable. The downside is the gas consumption but the power the V8 gives makes it all worth it. Hands up for Jose Escamilla and Seth Petersen they are awesome at what they do and help you all the way.

This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.
