My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. I came in on a Monday morning enjoyed great customer service from Yevgen, he allowed me to be in control of my experience. They were very patient and offered me coffee and didn???t force anything. This team was very upfront and did extra by keeping me informed on the process and procedures. I would recommend Yassine or Yevgen when purchasing a vehicle from this particular location.
I responded to one of the internet specials, and received useful email responses to my questions. I am so glad that Sven was available when I visited the dealership without an appointment. He was very honest, outlining what was available and possible benefits for me to consider.
When I 1st walked in the building, I was immediately greeted by Chano King. This guy knew his stuff. I got my a great deal for my trade in and by me into a brand new Rogue. He even showed me how to work the features in my new vehicle. I was very happy with my visit. I had the best experience at Hampstead Pre-owned….I really wish I would have found them earlier on in my search for a car; not only do they have such a wide variety of cars…but the best thing is that from the minute you walk into the shop, they treat you like family. I worked with Brian who was so friendly and so easy going. I test drove everything I was interested in…and then test drove again :) He answered all of my questions and just was so incredibly down to earth.
They made the process of signing the sale paperwork so seamless and easy. They made sure I understood everything and even made a follow up call to make sure all was going well.

After several bad experiences with trying to buy a used car at other dealers, and after an especially bad morning event that day, I responded to an online ad via text from my car. Within minutes Jason had responded to me via text, and we arranged a trip to the dealer. Jason was very easy to deal with, understood our primary needs in a car, was willing to negotiate, and even took care of a minor upholstery repair. The really excellent service followed over the next week, when the car unexpectedly developed locking and battery issues. We took the car back in for repair, and everything was repaired and covered as part of the original sale. While it was being repaired, Jason called me every day to update me as to the status, and this was without question the best service I have ever had from a dealer. I think what I valued the most was I was treated with utmost respect during the entire process. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
