I just helped a very dear senior friend of mine buy a car here, Subaru Outback Limited and explained to the salesman (Dan) that this transaction had to go very smooth without stress as I was out of state so my help was coming both to my friend and the dealership via phone and e-mail. I have to say that not only did they have the perfect car for my friend Cathy, but we were able to do 90% of the transaction prior to Cathy ever getting to the dealership. When Cathy arrived, her new car was all ready, they took in her trade, she signed docks and she was out the door and on her way back home in only about an hour! I bought my 2024 Nissan Frontier SV 4X4 in March of 2025. It had 63 miles on it, was sold as a used pickup, but basically brand new, and I got a VERY GOOD deal on the purchase from my local Nissan dealer. Back in the day, I bought a new Frontier in 2007 and it was an exceptional pickup but the 2024 is even better! The styling and the fit and finish is excellent, inside and out. Love the V6 and the 9-speed automatic, very smooth and quiet. The mileage is 2-3 mpg better than the 2007, 18 around town and 23 on the highway. Very comfortable on a long trip. I am very pleased that this pickup has a greatly improved the turning radius over the '07 - good for you, Nissan. It handles great off-road. I have nothing negative to say about my Frontier!! Love it!!!

The salesman was very helpful and attentive. Very friendly atmosphere. Answered any questions I had. Financing went very smoothly and financial officer got me the best deal with financing.

I had my Nissan Frontier SV6 for 11 years and 215,000 miles. It was still running great but traded it in for something smaller and newer. Pros - Reliable, good power, good for towing, comfortable, handled well, the back seats were fine for a shorter person 5'6" and under and the bed really came in handy. Outside of some abuse the only real non-routine maintenance it needed was the underside rusting out. After 11 years when washed and waxed it still looked great. The 4wd really got me out of some jambs. Decent power. Cons - Underside (exhaust, manifold) rusted out by 100K miles. Had to replace the exhaust twice. Heavy tailgate, no step rear bumper, poor mpg (17 in mixed driving).

Great vehicle; super reliable as long as you keep up with the maintenance. Nissan provides exceptional service when it comes to preventive maintenance and their customer service is superb. The only complaint I have is the nonexistence of wireless CarPlay.

Mike Benincasa and his manager made buying a car as stress-free as possible. They were transparent about pricing, discounts, and the trade-in value of our old Nissan. Additional treatments and service contracts can be a potential minefield. Mike did a good job of explaining the range of options and we ended up choosing the set that felt right for our situation. Walter has upgraded its post purchase treatment process, (paint sealant etc) and they make the it easy, with a guaranteed loaner and home pick up if you desire. We were called two days after our purchase to schedule our appointment in the next few weeks. They work on salary, not commission. There’s no haggling over price, but they include a substantial discount from MSRP. So we felt like we got a pretty good deal.

Have had it only one day. Drives nicely and handles very well for a pickup. The ride and noise level are exceptionally smooth and quiet. Not just for a small truck but any vehicle. Overall very nice.

Great service on new car purchase and delivery. Salesman was helpful, patient, and found a car with just the features I wanted. Finance manager answered all my questions and got me a great financing plan. Service department arranged to have 3M door protectors added with lightning speed. Only tiny snag was that the inside windshield came with lots of nasty streaks and film that the detail team missed. Overall a great purchase experience at a convenient location.

I have a 2023 Nissan Frontier SV 4X4 crew cab. I test drove the Honda Ridgeline before buying the Nissan. Honda is a car not a truck. Nissan has a steel boxed frame, Honda is a uniframe tack welded. Both vehicles have the Mercedes transmission. My Nissan Frontier is a great driver. It feels like a truck and is a comfortable ride. My Frontier can tow 6700 lbs not that I would max tow with it. All other small trucks are turbo charged nightmares. Very satisfied with my purchase and I’m a picky person.

Great truck,has a ton of features. Gets a lot 20% better gas mileage than my previous truck Bought used but has a ton of features. Happy I stayed with Nissan.

195k miles and my truck still fires up and runs excellently. Everything from the value, the power, the utility, the reliability, and, in my opinion, the looks, are superb. I will say the turning radius is quite awful, but in light of all the positive things I could say about this truck, it's an easy recommendation, and by far the best vehicle I've had the please of owning. It is a barebones truck, but Nissan did an excellent job fine tuning it and making it one of those 10+ year trucks you wish every other truck could be.

Had to replace faulty tire pressure sensor. Done while I waited, in less than an hour. BK was an excellent service advisor and got immediate extended warranty approval.

I'm fond of smaller trucks, had 3 Rangers over a 20 year period. Lost interest when they stopped production. However ownership of a large dog caused me to reconsider a truck's utility over our SUV. The Frontier crew cab with fold up rear seats provides easy access and a safer environment for our pooch. The ride and handling is quite good, power is more than adequate. The truck is a real pleasure to drive, although steering is on the heavy side. One of the few items that could be improved. I own the SV model with leather interior, love that feature as a dog owner. Perhaps the best feature is the price, typically 1,000's less than the competition. Must say the Frontier works well for me and certainly should serve the needs for most truck buyers.

This was my 1st experience with CarMax and I have absolutely nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the entire process. Everyone that I dealt with, throughout the entire process had amazing attitudes and willing to help in any way possible. I truly felt like everyone enjoyed their jobs and their main goal was to make sure all their customers got into the vehicle that they truly wanted. I can't thank this team enough, for making our Yukon purchase as smooth as it was!

Good space efficiency in cab, nice quiet at highway speeds. Like tailgate extender and cargo security rails. My midnight sv doesn't have premium driver's seat

WE replaced our 2005 Nissan Frontier King cab with a used 2014 Nissan Frontier King cab with 70,000 miles 3 months ago. We would NOT recommend a king cab but the overall value was to good to pass up. The 2014 has dual climate control which our 2005 didn't. We expect everything else to be similar and having now used it for 5,000 miles, that appears to be true. We purchased a used 2005 Nissan Frontier King cab with 95,000 miles and drove it until it had 280,000 miles. Nissan extended (on paper) the transmission warranty to 100,000 miles (due to a radiator leak defect) but didn't cover our failure even though we reported intermitant problems at 97,000 - it failed at 100,100. Nissan refused to warrant it! The computer inside the transmission had failed causing it to shift incorrectly, damaging a gear. It cost about $3,700 to have it repaired by local shop - Nissan wanted about $7,000! There was only 1 part in the entire country and we had to wait over a week to get it. No other real issues other than individual coil packs failing at 180,000 (cylinder 1), 240,000 (cylinder 3) and 275,000 (cylinder 5). The repairs for cylinders 1 & 3 cost about $60 for the part and about 20 minutes of labor - but cylinder 5 requires removing the intake to get to it and that cost about $350. Fun to drive but mileage sucks! It handles great because it is very stiff (rides like a truck) and the v6 has some 'guts". ALWAYS starts, even at -30 (using synthetic oil changed spring and fall). Nissan needs to fix issues with poor headlights (compared to other manufacturers), gas gage reading wrong just after warranty, climate controls not effective, and evaporator (emissions system) failing happened in 3 out of 5 Nissans we owned and 2 had tecalls) since these same problems have occurred in several of our Nissan vehicals - not just the 2005 Frontier. Nissans will typically rust before other brands. We have also owned 2 Nissan Maximas and a Nissan Altima. Overall, Nissan vehicals are a good value for the money.

Amazing truck for good money . The truck has never failed me.The 4x4 system is amazing . This is the best ruck I have ever owned . The V6 is a beast for hauling . If you want a basic reliable truck , you can not go wrong with the Frontier .

Had it 2 weeks now. Driving it is effortless. Handles well. We always get a 2 or 3 year old vehicle and let someone else take the hit. This is 5 years ago but in great shape AND 2 or 3 year olds were close to a trillion dollars so Musk can get those, not me. Put a cover on the back already and will install running boards today (my wife's NOT tall). This is for a short commute to work but mostly to tow our camping trailer as we're creeping up on full retirement. Tucson gets HOT for about 4 or 5 months and I've already paid my dues. Ha. Interior design is fine, I don't need fancy. Great sound system. Lifted enough for rough roads out in the sticks. 1st 4 door I've owned. Luvit. Had an 01 King Cab that was bullet proof. Sold it eventually because I'm not that bright. Recommend it to anyone.

The last thing I wanted to do this year was buy a vehicle but HUGE thanks to Amber Genardi and Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for making the experience THE BEST EVER! I have bought vehicles both new & used from various dealerships closer to my area and have never received as wonderful of service as I did from Amber. From the start she had my best interest in mind. The service she provides made me feel no different than if I had walked in there to buy a brand new $60k vehicle! Not only did she sacrifice her time off to work with me around my schedule, she went above and beyond to make sure this vehicle would still be on the lot for me, since I was traveling nearly two hours to purchase a vehicle. To make the whole process even sweeter, Amber gave me an awesome gift basket! She did a wonderful job explaining the features of my new to me vehicle. As well as making it very clear that she will continue to be available to answer questions as I spend more time in my new ride. Bought my truck used at 42k . No issues whats so ever. My dad and brother both own 2011's . They have well over 150k with zero issues . If you want an affordable reliable truck so the Frontier

I looked in depth at number of mid-sized trucks and landed a final decision on the Frontier Pro-4X. I previously owned a full size truck but the large size for keeping in garage, parking and navigating parking lots was getting to be a real pain. I also owned a previous Frontier model but the new updated one is just so much better. The overall ride is smooth but you still get the feel of a truck. The exterior look is the best in class and technology is up to date. Navigating the controls has both manual and touch screen functions. I like to be able to control the heat/AC with manual buttons as well as the audio. The Pro-4X trim is both appealing and worth the increased costs. My only negatives are the front seats could be a bit more comfortable and the passenger seat should come with an option to be power seats.
