I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

First up jeff was great , he had great interactive skills,personality great,he was on point he knew his stuff informitive.for my husband and i we could not have come at a better time,we came 915am on a thrusday,the process he made it smooth sailing.we came in with an old car n left out with a great economical car that fit our profile.jeff was not pushy he gave us room to breath thru this. We got a preowned car for low miledge.at an economical price.we are happy with it.steve the finance manager was great as well he made everything work in every way to finalize everything.we will recomend this dealer and the salesman jeff with finance manager steve to anyone.sometimes you just have to recieve your own experience. But we were satisfied 100%. THANKS JEFF N STEVE WERE ENJOYING OUR NEW CAR
First let me say that i normally don’t do this. My experience was so good that i had to. I first went to Great Neck for a different car and found out that it was already sold. No call no deposit from me so that’s completely understandable. Upon walking on the lot i came across my baby. There she was a nice yankee navy blue 2013 740 Li BMW with a caramel interior... I looked at the price and quickly thought i can’t afford this - or so i thought. Upon entering the building i was greeted by Mr Rick Rogers. He was very articulate and persuasive without being pushy. Straight off the back i could tell i was dealing with a seasoned veteran. So within our conversation he suggested that i take her for a spin and boooooy did i... Best test drive I’ve ever been on. All the amenities anyone can ask for. Luxury power performance and payment lol.. After my thrilling test ride it was time to sit down and talk to John the financial guru.
The first thing he said was i will get u where u need to be. That sounds great but what’s the catch.? There was none !!! Within hours i was driving my BMW off the lot and into my driveway.. My payments and insurance are within reason for my situation. Overall i had a GREAT car buying experience at Great Neck and i will DEFINITELY recommend them to all my friends... BTW this is a real person and story..!!!
Jeff is an exception to the car purching Salesperson, very patient, knowledgeable of his various models and goes beyond customer satisfaction in all aspects customer service. I've been a Mitsubishi owner for 8 different purchases and I must say after finding this dealership and my New Sales consultant I will be referring them to my family and friends as a No Gimmick No pressure Real type of car buying experience. Traded my leased 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer for the amazing 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse. This is my second time doing business with this dealership and the experience is better than before. Larry gave me the immediate impression everything would work out well, I believe it will, Ed the manager also gave me that impression and it has. Carlos, convinced me the extended warranty would be a good investment. Although the vehicle rides beautifully, it's nice knowing any problems will be covered.
