I found a few cars I liked online and ended up checking out 4 or 5 at differet dealerships that day. The service here just felt a lot more professional and honestly I care just as much about how Im treated as I do about the car itself, so thats a big reason I went with this place. Joel really knows it, he a real expert

The professionalism, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, prompt response, shown by all staff I encountered. The methods of contact - video, written, and phone contact of analysis of work needed to be done as well as updates on work being done and completed. The completion of work in time estimated to be done. The cleanliness of building and work areais exceptional! Always a pleasure! Thank you all!

We saw the alfa romeo online 2 weeks ago my husband went and saw it. Couldn't test drive because recalls need to be fixed. They got it all fixed up and give us the paperwork for the testing that was done. They call my husband that it was done with in a week or less. My husband and I came down took test ride he love it it was so clean and nice and the price was just right and we got to take it home that night. They even got us full car insurance just took about 1/2 hour extra and everything else went smoothly. Thanks Steve for helping us and for staying late and to the other gentleman that stayed and helped to sorry did get his name

This is the second BMW I have purchased from this dealership. I have 2 other BMW dealerships that are significantly closer to where I live, however, my experiences with the Ridgefield Dealership has been excellent. They are responsive, and understand what I am looking for, and are straightforward. That’s what I value!
