This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. 2017 Nissan Murano review
Bought a brand new 2020 Murano "S" on March 1,2021 for $26,499 as they wanted to clear the lot of the 2020 models and could not be happier!! I drive a 1993 Mazda 4x4 60 times a year to a ski resort as I do NOT want the Murano to be subjected to the liquid salt applied to the roads here in Idaho. The last day of the season the roads were dry and as I drove out of the crowd at the after ski party....a parent yelled "you drive THIS?" Has only 10,500 miles and is worth now over $32,000 as ALL used cars are usually more than what people paid for them new in the last 2 years.
