My experience at Audi Chantilly was terrific. Perusing vehicles online and saw a used one I was interested in online. Enquired about its availablity and got immediate responses from two sales associates. Made an appointment to test drive. Evening before test drive, received email to say vehicle was still available. Upon arrival at dealership, vehicle was sitting outside in front of the showroom (anticipating my test drive!). The dealership is large, expansive and immaculately kept. My sales associate, Mamta, was exemplary. She assured all my needs were met while test driving, getting information about the vehicle, discussing price, final sale and paperwork/documents to be completed. Drove home that evening in an exceptionally clean & well-maintained used Audi A5 Cabriolet. Even gift-boxed spare key and extra key ring...Very classy touch!

This car is in excellent condition with only 28,000 miles. New Cooper tires. Only selling because we have a small garage. Plan to buy a Nissan Rogue to replace it. Car Fax report shows 2 owner, but I am the original owner. Was registered in Iowa, then Texas and because of this shows 2 owner. Very reliable vehicle; have all maintenance records to pass on to new owner.
We had a great experience buying a brand new Infiniti. Chuck Wanderwall and the rest of his team were great to work with us and led us to the best car at the right price. Overall, they were very professional and courteous and my experience was fantastic. I look forward to the best service experience as well with Sheehy!

This car exceeded my expectations. It’s smooth. It has all the safety features I needed. It’s reliable. I love how stylish it is. For a cross over it’s like owning a suv. And it’s perfect for me. It’s a great car for family, personal, everyday need.
The buying process was easy. Facility was clean and spacious. Salesman was very responsive. Location was easy to find Website was well laid out and easy to navigate.

My main, and probably only gripe about my Murano is the drivers seat I just can't seem to ever get comfortable. Coming from a for Focus I would think this would be no problem. Hopefully I just need to break it in.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Over the last 35yrs. she has had a lot of cars, there is something about this one. I don't know what it is because she has had Lincolns, Mercuries, top of the line KIA's but this car just makes her feel confident & secure. We purchased it used at Sutherland Nissan in Vero Beach. our sales person was Camille Stone. She and the staff there worked hard to make the deal work for you.
The staff at Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly are very helpful, patient, & friendly. Very nice environment to be in. Great car, they make things quick simple & easy to understand. Sales floor is amazing as well as finance. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I had never heard of a Murano when we first purchased it...but it wasn't long before I FELL IN LOVE with it!!! We owned the Platinum version and it had every bell amd whistle that you could want in a car!!! It was a dream come true!!!!! I was heartbroken when it was totaled in an accident, but we will be purchasing another one in the future!!!
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. This car is super safe, a lot of space. Love the reclining back seats, the cooling seats option in the front seats. Has USP ports in the front as well as back. Back seats are heated too! And love the remote start!
Nissan has been a very reliable vehicle for me. Enjoy the many safety features. Love its appearance. Receive many complements. Have always had good service and the service department has always efficient and prompt.
I own a 2018 Nissan Murano Midnight Edition. This edition has all the options available but I did not want the moon-roof option. (Didn't care for it). Once you shut the door and sit in the drivers seat, you are shut off from the outside. It is extremely quiet inside the suv and drive noise is very minimal. First thing you will notice is the quality of the interior which Nissan put soft leather on everything. It adds a level of luxury that you see in high end suv's. I did test drive a Lexus RX and enjoyed the drive but ABSOLUTELY DISLIKED the interior setup. I loved how Nissan set up the interior electronics compared to the Lexus RX. It's ease of use and navigation of your buttons is perfect! I commend Nissan for this user friendly way of control. (Lexus, gives you a mouse to use for navigating your display) Yes you heard me correct!!! LOL. Not to mention the Murano's Exterior design is superior and has a look of moving when standing still! The drive is also very responsive with 260 HP and 0-60 in 7 ish seconds. I have the AWD version and I will never go back to rear or front wheel drive only. Fantastic handling in snow and raining/muddy conditions with 21/28 city/highway mpg. I also enjoy the 11 bose speaker sound system and the sound in the vehicle is great if you are listening to high treble type music, but if you enjoy low bass type of music it misses the mark a bit. In addition, I am particular over the headlights in any car and purchased very bright LED (Low-Beams) so I can see the road better. Overall, I absolutely love my Murano with the options Nissan provides at a very affordable cost!
I was very satisfied with the service that Adam rendered. It was the first time that I had him as a service supervisor for what's needed for our Odyssey car. It was done in a very timely fashion, and very professional and kind.

Have the Murano AWD. Very comfortable, quick, and quiet. Looked at the Highlander, Pilot, and Sante Fee. This was by far the best of the group.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

This car is so reliable, everything works exactly as it should. The comfort of the ride is extraordinary as the seats are better than any other car I have ever owned and the A/C in the front two seats is a true god send in Florida. Excellent gas mileage, 50k miles and no repairs of any kind, amazing amount of cargo room, travels well on dirt back roads as well as on highways. This may well be the last car I ever buy.
I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)

My Nissan Murano is all I ever wanted in a sport utility vehicle. It stands up to the competition. The ride is smooth, powerful, and commanding. I don't feel intimidated when riding along side other SUV's. Best purchase in a vehicle that I've ever made. Thanks Crown!
Went in seeing they have a lot of specials for the holidays. Called and talked with Simon to test drive a new QX50. Showed up the next day at our time and he had the car ready to go. Took it for a test drive and talked me through the options and what made the car stand out from others. Talked with him and Moses about a deal and they worked with me over Thanksgiving to get the deal I felt comfortable with. No pressure and very friendly. I would for sure recommend Simon and Moses to friends and family!

I would buy this car all over again! I haven't had any problems at all in the 5 years I have owned it! A+ in my book!
I live in PA and I was up in the area checking out a couple Subaru STI's when driving by Stohlman I saw a blue STI and fell in love with it. It was Greatest Experience I ever had. Thanks to Nick Razak who gave his time and day to help me through the process of purchasing my Blue 2019 wrx sti. Helped deal with the vehicle price, paper work and even answered all my questions and concerns. Definitely was worth driving 3 hours.
