I went in expecting to buy out my lease but was convinced that a new lease was beneficial for me. The new Rogues don’t come with the standard features I was used to in my 2023 Rogue SL so I was ready to look elsewhere. They told me to look at the Platinum Edition even though it was more than I was willing to pay. I liked it but it wasn’t the color I wanted so they tried to find one at other dealers. When they couldn’t, they offered me a lease deal that was the same as the new Rogue SV. Done! They recognized my loyalty to this dealership and made me feel welcome and the paperwork was seemless.

Brought in vehicle for a campaign Extended warranty Nissan had Put ouymt after another nissan dealer in another town told me my car wasnt covered then told me the campaign warranty ended a Yr ago which was false. Nappoli Nisssn contacted me next Morning to say my car was covered and they will replace parts free of charge. Kept in touch thru the process. Myself and family have purchased cars here always helpful and friendly Never any issues with their new or used vehicles highly recommend. Will continue to purchase vehicles from this honest location.
