Almost too fast! 10 days from start to delivery; Good customer service, nice people! Oh wait, that's a 15 word MINIMUM... now I feel silly trying to cram all the good details into such a short statement. (facepalm) The entire experience was painless and fast, as noted; when my credit union balked at working with them they found me a competitive rate with someone who WOULD. They got documents to me quickly, and the car... well, through no fault of his, Steven LeSueur missed that the transporter picked the car up (on memorial day??) so I only got 24 hours notice that it was showing up. I was so used to those things taking forever I was off-balance for a few hours, but hey, that's what I consider a high quality problem. Speaking of which, the shipping cost was very reasonable, especially considering I saved about 6K getting the car there instead of locally. They gave me a great deal on EXACTLY the car I would have purchased if new, and getting that 4K tax credit up front made my life simpler and the loan even smaller than I was prepared to deal with. What's funny is my daughter and many friends live in Phoenix, so they now have a bit of a Northern CA booster with the locals. Oh, and there was no trade-in, so don't take the low rating as a slam; I just had no experience with it here. :-D

2022 Nissan Pathfinder review
I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.

I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.

Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. They still use the age old "up" system in greeting walk in prospects, which is fair to the sales people, but we didn't feel like we were just a number. No price negotiations here as the posted price is what it is and the sales people don't work on commission. We had searched their inventory via internet and indicated the vehicle which we were interested in looking at. It was parked at the front entrance waiting for us when we arrived at our appointment time. We ended up buying it. Will buy our next car here too.

2020 Nissan Pathfinder review
We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!

2019 Nissan Pathfinder review
I bought my Pathfinder Nov. 2019, I've had no problem with the way the truck runs, smooth ride, the only problem I've is my backup camera doesn't always work, it's just a black screen, so I just judge my back my the sensor beeps. That's my only problem so it get a thumbs up from me.

2025 Nissan Pathfinder review
New 2025 pathfinder SL premium and the remote start doesn’t work in the cold weather this winter had to always go outside and start car. Ridiculous, Went to dealer they did something said it was fine now . Next morning and mornings after that nothing. I am 71 years old owned many cars with remote starters never in my life had an issue with a remote starter until this pathfinder. I see many other people are also having problems with this. WHY IS NISSAN DOING NOTHING TO CORRECT THIS ISSUE ????

I went and purchased a used 4runner from Hertz and it was EXACTLY what car buying experience SHOULD always be. I even got there a little bit earlier than the open hours but I was greeted right away by Joseph W., who from the very start, listened to what specifically I wanted and did not pressure me into anything that I didn't want/need. Joseph is an awesome guy to buy a car from. I am not a first time buyer, and I went expecting the classic annoying car salesman behavior, but never once, for even a second, did I feel like Joseph did not have my best interest in mind (That is something very strange in car dealerships). Once I was finalizing the deal and thought that the experience couldn't have went better, I even got a discount and free rentals just for being a Hertz Gold Member, awesome ! I would highly recommend Hertz, and more specifically this location due to its great team, to anyone buying a car who wants to know they are getting the best deal possible and working with truly honest people.
2025 Nissan Pathfinder review
I am enjoying the vehicle so far. It was used by the General Manager of the dealership before I bought it. It is spacious and comfortable, although the Rock Creek suspension doesn't give as good a ride as my 2018 Pathfinder did. The Android Auto feature is very useful. It gets good gas milage on the highway in the 4WD "ECO" mode, but the shut off/start at lights is noticeable and takes some getting used to. My last Pathfinder was very reliable overall--we'll see about this one, which has more electronics.

I am an active military member stationed in Virginia. I was in the market for a small vehicle for my Daughter who attends school in Arizona. As you know, car buying can be a tricky, complex, and at times be a downright sleezy experience. My situation was made a little worse due to my inability to actually travel to Phoenix to make the purchase. This meant that my wife and Daughter, neither of which has ever purchased a vehicle, had to close the deal. I reached out to several dealerships in the vicinity of I17 and Bell road, most of which had fair advertised prices. However, once I got into the details that determine the out the door price, the shady/sleezy part showed its head. All garbage used to justify a lower advertised price and prey on clients with inexperience, low credit or low IQ. There was no way I was sending my family into that mess. One of the many discussions I had with the many dealerships was with a man name Brian Cruz at the Bell road Hertz location. From moment one he gave it to me straight. No haggle means no haggle. Can't adjust the costs to meet my budget. The deal advertised is the deal. We worked through the numbers and not only were they fair but they were also considerably lower than the competition. No kidding $2,000 less than the next nearest competitor for the same car and mileage. I know Brian doesn't get to set prices or sales policy at Hertz but he does get to be part of it. Thank you Brian and thank you Hertz for cutting an honest and fair deal from moment one in the process. I will recommend you to anyone in my circle of family and friends! Enemies can go across the street!
