I strongly recommend this dealer. They always have a brand new loaner car when i take the car in for service. I leased a QX60 from them three years ago. Every time i have had service they are professional and courtesy. Matt Shafman has always made sure my car was ready and service was completed before i came in to pick up. They even wash the car ever time i get service. The interior lights would not turn on i called and told them, they said to just bring it in without an appointment and they would take a quick look it was just a fuse only 5 minutes to fix and then they washed it. Love this place.
My experience was great while finding my car, Lou-Royce Christopher was an excellent help especially with getting back to me with information. He answered all my questions and worked very hard. In the end I found the perfect car for me and I???m very satisfied.

I drove down from Vermont to purchase a 2015 VW Beetle. The car was in showroom condition, Jonathan was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The sales process was handled quickly and I was soon headed back to Vermont. Great price!

I went in to the dealer, knowing that I wanted a Rogue which is my fifth Nissan. All I wanted for bells and whistles was satellite radio which I got in the whole entertainment system. I am still learning all it can do. The car is SO comfortable, there is a ton of room in the back, I get fantastic mileage and all I usually do is in-town driving. Only less than perfect aspect is the get-up-and-go. Not too great. I get on the interstate every day and I have to make sure I have a big distance to merge because my car doesn't get up to speed very quickly. Still love it!
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

This is my first Nissan and I’m in love with it! It is so easy to handle, and user friendly! I love the interior and it feels very classy!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

It’s attractive, comfortable, and for the price it has a ton of options. My whole family loves using Apple CarPlay to listen to their Spotify music. I like all the intuitive warning features like the blind spot sensor and the backup camera. The heated steering wheel is awesome, as are the heated seats. Ample room so I don’t feel squished and a nice sized trunk. I’ve also come to really like the keyless ignition. Any time I have a question, my salesperson, Mark Eversgerd, goes above and beyond to get me answers. I would definitely recommend this car.
Patrick was pleasant, very patient and accommodating, and even stayed late to make sure I was truly comfortable with my purchase. Everyone I dealt with here in Salem was friendly and informative. Highly recommend, great service, reasonably priced, great product!

Two things I hate most is shopping for a new car and phone. Coastal Nissan made the car shopping very pleasant. Lance and Tommy, took the time to go over the car I was purchasing in great detail. Sean in financial was efficient, friendly and helpful. George in the service department was also very friendly and accommodating. What a fantastic team.
I will definitely go back to Coastal when we need a new car. I love my 2017 Rogue.

Roomy, smooth ride, the way I like. Great features, like the cup holders, have driven only three days. Loving so far. Music system wonderful. Love the display screen and phone compatibility.

Even though the heading on this post is "Almost" I would like to recommend this dealership with full and high regards. The staff that is in place here starting with Jae Chong, and Brian Farrell and finally Lisa Sweet are exemplary! I did not buy a vehicle from them, but not for any reason focusing on the Dealership, the staff, or the vehicle I went in looking to purchase. These folks treat you with the utmost respect, and have the customer in mind yet at the same time trying their very best to find a compromise to fit the needs of the consumer. I would highly recommend any potential buyer to be sure to look at Chambers Motor Cars of Natick at the first stop in the process. They have high quality, low mileage vehicles at reasonable prices.
