Excellent customer service with detailed attention to ensure everything was well handled. John is one of the best advisors we have ever interacted with at any dealership. He is very protective, listens intently and provides balanced advice regarding maintenance. He regularly follows up with strong, proactive communication. Great service experience!!
2023 Nissan Rogue review
I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

Lexus of ClearwaterReviews
Lexus of Clearwater review
I recently had my vehicle serviced at Lexus of Clearwater. My visit was not what I expected, so I replied to their survey the following day. My concern had to do with the service representative and not the service to my vehicle. A few days later, I received a call from their customer service representative who was very apologetic and explained that my issue was addressed should not occur again. As a Lexus customer I was very pleased and impressed by the immediate actions taken by their customer service representative. No one is perfect and know people have bad days, regardless I was very satisfied how Lexus handled my issue. I respect the fact that they dealt with this concern in a professional manner. That is why I love Lexus.

AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park review
Refused to go to car dealerships because of awful experiences but thought I'd give them a try. Very polite, kind and no pressure sale. They made the experience pleasant and enjoyable, no stress. I ended up with a better car than I hoped for. From now on I'm getting my cars from them. I recommend them to anyone looking for a no pressure sale. They helped me finance, set up insurance, and the registration. What a positive experience. I won't go anywhere else

BMW of Wesley ChapelReviews
BMW of Wesley Chapel review
It is a genuine please for me to recommend BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel and especially Chad Stephens for his professional service that not only met but exceeded my expectations. He was always readily available via his cell phone or when busy texted to let me know he was working with a client and that he would get back to me as soon as he was available. He also went the extra mile when it came to paying attention to details. I feel that BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel has established a record of responsibility, reliability, promptness and integrity through Chad Stephens and you Alex Senko your financial professional At times, as in many cases, we ran into special circumstances where the outcome relied on the flexibility and promptness of the professionals at BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel. Fortunately, Chad Stephens put the extra effort and time to deliver a positive outcome. I am confident of the quality of profession and excellent customer service Chad and Alex provided as their number one priority. I am pleased to recommend Chad Stephens; he is the best. Sincerely Roger

Gator Ford review
I can’t say enough about the great service I receive at Gator Ford. They did a great job repairing my vehicle and also changed my oil and rotated my tires. Was very quick and had me in and out in no time. Will definitely be back for other service needs. Plus they have a very welcoming waiting area.
2023 Nissan Rogue review
Purchased my Rogue about one month ago. I previously owned a Lexus ES350 and wanted a small SUV but the luxury brands didn’t do it for me. Likes: Works well as a daily driver Has all the room I need SL trim level is very nice, love 360 camera Bought from a great dealership Dislikes The Bose sound system is horrible Mid 20’s MPG, could be better Overall, very happy with my choice and glad I didn’t go with the CX5 I almost bought.

We worked with Eli and he was great! He was very knowledgable about the vehicle we were interested in. He advised us of all the features and warranties available for our purchase. He wasn't pushy at all and guided us to making another vehicle purchase. Even though we live farther away, we would definitely return to LoKey Nissan whenever we decide to buy again.

The buying process was easy and straight forward. I felt as if they were open and honest about my trade in and purchase based off the research I did before arriving. I did hear a few complaints from other customers while I was there but to me it seemed as if their requests were not feasible and the manager was being honest with them.

Maus Nissan North Tampa review
"I want to thank the staff here for being so kind and doing their best to turn a stressful situation into a positive interaction. They were very supportive to work with. However, on the negative side, I am incredibly frustrated with the financing outcome. I was very clear about what I could comfortably afford for a monthly payment, but the final agreement went way over that price—likely because I didn't have a down payment. Now, I am left struggling to figure out how I am going to make these monthly payments. I appreciate the team's customer service, but the lack of alignment on my budget has put me in a very tough financial position."

CarMax DothanReviews
CarMax Dothan review
Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.
