Napleton's Countryside Mazda review
I have bought several cars over the years but this was one of the best experience ever. The inventory of vehicles, the experience of the sales person Brittany Koschnitzki, her no pressure approach, her willingness to answer any question I came up with, and then she worked very hard to get a great deal for me on both my trade in and my purchase. She made this a very smooth transaction. Thanks to Brittany and the staff at Napleton Countryside Mazda I now have a beautiful 2026 CX50. It is such a great car. I cant thank them enough. Napleton Countryside Mazda has a great selection, great deals, and I know at least one sales Person who will go the extra mile to get you the best deal possible. So if you are looking for a Mazda and want a great deal go to Napleton Countryside Mazda and ask for Brittany Koschnitzki. Believe you will be leaving happy as can be.
2021 Nissan Sentra review
This car check all my boxes for an economic sedan with good aesthetics. It looks sporty and more expensive than it is, offers a comfortable ride and a lot of safety features. The only thing I wish is that they offered a more powerful engine. 149 hp is ok for everyday commuting, but would like the option of more.

2019 Nissan Sentra review
I have the 2019 Nissan Sentra SV Special Edition and the ride and seats are very comfortable. Gas Mileage is great in the city using the Eco mode which I use a lot. I got up to 36 miles per gallon in the city. I added some System48Plus to the oil crank case and now I'm getting up to 40 miles per gallon in the city! I bought the car certified and it had no recalls so I decided to buy this one. Some of those other 2019s had a recall. The front of the car looks amazing sporty! The thing that's not as good would be the performance which I don't need as long as I am saving gas but I am getting a better puck up since I added that engine treatment as well as better gas mileage. The only other thing that could use improvement would be the sterio speakers and l will probably just change that to Boise speakers. Overall it's a great looking and dependable car.

I was so pleased and satisfied in this dealership to get my new car. I have no complain about it.
2021 Nissan Sentra review
I love mine. The only thing I would say is that is not as economic in gas as the Nissan Versa Note 2015 that I trade I only drive 10 minutes from home to work, and my days off I still at home, and I am spending more in gas, I don't know why.. But overall, I love it.

2024 Nissan Sentra review
I HAD TWO (MINOR?) PROBLEMS WITH MY NISSAN SENTRA SV 2024 SO FAR; REPAIRED BY THE CAR BASIC WARRANTY (I ONLY ‘PAID’ IN TIME WAITING IN THE NISSAN SERVICE CENTER). 1. BATTERY SUDDENLY DRAINED: THE PROBLEM BEGAN AT AROUND 3,200 MILES AND IT TOOK THREE DIAGNOSTIC VISITS, THE LAST ONE FOCUSING ON THE PARASITIC DRAIN, TO FIND A PROBLEM INVOLVING THE BATTERY. BATTERY AND RELATED PARTS REPLACED SUCCESSFULLY (COVERED BY BASIC WARRANTY). 2. POWER WINDOWS MECHANISM BROKE DOWN AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. IT WAS AROUND 5,200 MILES (COVERED BY BASIC WARRANTY).

Great communication from the sales consultant. We got responses both during and after business hours
2024 Nissan Sentra review
I recently purchased a 2024 Sentra SV with the premium package. I also currently own a 2020 Sentra SV (no upgraded package). I've owned that one for 4 years with 80k miles on it now. Great, reliable car. Very comfortable seats, great gas mileage, very good standard stereo system. I love the layout of everything for HVAC controls and radio. The dash display with speed limit sign recognition is great as well. I have had zero problems with the 2020 Sentra (I'm passing that car along to my daughter so not getting rid of it). For the 2024, the only notable differences are the transmission (it was upgraded in 2024) and the stereo controls. The transmission seems more responsive now in keeping rpms low without losing any acceleration. Very quiet car without the whining on the CVT. (there is some but not bad). The stereo on the premium package includes Bose speakers. I was hoping they would be a great upgrade but noticed no real improvement; maybe even slightly worse than the standard setup. In my 2020 Sentra, there is a sound adjustment for the midrange and a bass enhancer you can turn on/off. The new one does not have these selections. It sounds like too much midrange so kind of distorted and not crisp like I expect the Bose to be. Other than that, the car performs the same. It's a perfect reliable commuter car with enough features to keep you happy and comfortable on long drives. I have no issue with pickup or highway driving. I highly recommend.

Quick response and great collection of cars. Reasonable price with good environment. 5 stars service
2022 Nissan Sentra review
Bought this fully loaded Sentra SR new in 2022, has been an excellent car so far, have 38k miles, changed the cvt fluid and both filters at 35k. and engine oil at every 5k with mobil 1 oil and filter. Car has performed flawlessly. only issue was the radio face would occasionally go black when starting up, took it back to the dealer and they replaced it. Car will get 40+ mpg on the highway. Car is not eat up with horsepower, but it is good enough to get the job done, plus i like the fact that there is no turbo on this car. don't need the problems that go with that. Finally, this is a xxxx good looking, sleek, sporty car, the 2 tone paint, white with black roof and the led lights really set it off. very happy with this car !

Kunes Honda of Sycamore review
I recently bought a preowned Jeep from Kunes Auto Group and it was hands down the easiest, most painless dealership experience we’ve ever had. The entire team was professional, straightforward, reasonable, and genuinely easy to work with from start to finish. No games, no pressure, just good people who made the process smooth and stress-free. We drove over an hour to get there, and I would do it again 10 times over. That says everything. Highly recommend. Mark Vasquez is a very professional young man. He was in constant contact with me. Prompt replies, honest & a man of his word. Shocking how easy it can be with the right people at the right dealership! I trust Kunes!!
2025 Nissan Sentra review
This car does exactly what I needed a new car to do. I bought mine in July of 2025 and now 7 months later I have not had one issue with it. It gets great gas mileage, is very comfortable and I love the info system and stereo, For the money you cannot go wrong, this is my first foreign car and now I am done paying a arm and a leg for anything from Ford or GM.

I wouldn't take my time to write this review, but after I saw the negative reviews I decided to share my opinion. I had a great experience at Herz and I always send anyone asking there. Today a friend of mine showed me the bad reviews on this website and asked me if I am sure that this is the place. I showed him great reviews that Hertz has on other websites and decided to write this one.We purchased 2017 Altima and they even called us when they received the second key. THere was no presure for getting warranty, etc and we got a great rate. You should go and check for yourself.

Dealership experience was fine. I have a few suggestions to make it better. 1. Have the car I was scheduled to view washed before I arrive. Second suggestion is to have more gas in the car as I was only able to drive a few miles before I had to stop to get gas. Other than that the experience was fine, people nice, car pretty much as described.

Ed Napleton Acura Kia review
Justin Hermansen delivered absolutely outstanding service during my oil change on May 11, 2026. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, Justin went above and beyond to make me feel valued and respected. His kindness, patience, and attention to detail created an experience that was far beyond what I expected from a routine service appointment. During one of the most horrific times in my life, as I am grieving the murder of my daughter, this experience gave me a true sense of care and compassion that I desperately needed. Justin’s empathy and professionalism left a lasting impact on me. Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can mean everything to someone carrying unimaginable pain, and that is exactly what this experience meant to me. Exceptional employees like Justin are rare. He represents the very best in customer service, and I cannot thank him enough for the compassion and outstanding care he showed me. I highly recommend Justin Hermansen to anyone seeking truly exceptional automotive service.

Still have one with 193,000 miles . Cha ge your trans fluid and keep that baby running . No major issues just usual wear and tear from my experience if I didnt need to drive as much I would still use it to commute tonwork and back and errands with no issues but any car with so many miles should start thinking of retirement and take jt easy fir the rest of its life 😊

Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

Had a great experience buying my car here Kay was friendly made everything easy. gave me a good deal, and I appreciate their help
2016 Nissan Sentra review
Out of all the cars I've had in my lifetime, my 2016 Nissan Sentra is the best car I've ever had. Purchased it in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it it only now has 57,000 Miles, the only thing that I've had to do on this car was replace two tires front and back brake pads and that's it and of course keeping up with oil changes and routine maintenance.but literally nothing else. Would I get a Nissan Sentra again absolutely.

2016 Nissan Sentra review
I recommend this car for city driving though interstate driving is ok. I bought it new with 54 miles on it. I don't even have 11000 mi on it in 9 years. I've only replaced the battery twice and engine air filter once. The car is comfortable and reliable including tire pressure warnings during snow.

Rides well. Got some pep. Interior styling upscale. Plenty of space. Trunk space-plenty of room. Back seats with plenty of room. Like no noise engine.

Chevrolet of MerrillvilleReviews
Chevrolet of Merrillville review
My husband and I drove to Merrillville from Hillsboro Missouri after I found the 2017 - gorgeous blue - C7 Corvette Online. I talked with Carlo - the New Car Sales Manager - and practically bought the car over texting. Carlo was awesome to work with. Answered all my questions in a timely manner and couldn't have been more Professional, accommodating and kind. After we arrived at the dealership, Anna was waiting outside to greet us – we worked with her on the paperwork and she was very professional, accommodating, kind and just a delight to work with. We also worked with Bill with the financing. He also was very professional, accommodating, and kind. We give the dealership six stars out of five. LOLOLOL
2015 Nissan Sentra review
Awesome car . I’m having some transmission slipping ..major red flag .. but I’m so happy with the overall performance otherwise since I’ve owned other many other problems when they were high mileage . I’d buy a Nissan Sentra again if I could afford it . Older lady .. wishing I could get my Transmission to not be sluggish in 1st gear !!!! Transmission sticking !!
