Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. Car is beautiful I have the metalic orange. Already 5000 miles and i stared to have problem with the cameras. took it to service and to correct the cameras malfunction. Dealer cannot fix it and will order a new one. after that then the car starting to have more problems, sunroof won't open all the way, navigator screen become black and yesterday was driving to Cleveland the usb port stop working soddenly. In addition to that I took my car to my mechanic to check my car with the computer and he found that there are 3 error code, appointment with Nissan service on Tuesday.

Still have one with 193,000 miles . Cha ge your trans fluid and keep that baby running . No major issues just usual wear and tear from my experience if I didnt need to drive as much I would still use it to commute tonwork and back and errands with no issues but any car with so many miles should start thinking of retirement and take jt easy fir the rest of its life 😊

The standard features that are included in the vehicle are quite impressive such as Blind Spot Monitor, Adaptive Cruise Control, Pedestrian Crossing, and so much more. They sold me a Subaru Impreza and while it had a small issue, to the contrary of other dealerships that turn their back on you when you purchase a car, they pffered me to repair it post-purchase. For someone purchasing a used car, this place is the beast! I bought 2 cars in a used car dealership, the first one, when I had an issue, the dealership told me rhat because all sales are final, I am not welcome to fix an issue that was already present. With Brothers Motors, it is a different story, they allow you to voice your concerns early on and make it right for you!

Bought my 21 Sentra SV Brand new,car now has 37000 on it.Quite honestly has been super reliable.reccomend.Only problem I did have was an electrical issue.They replaced the BCM under warranty all is well

Had 2021 sr. car was rear ended and, if not for car, I would be dead. All those safety measures took hold, air bags, belts. Couldn't find another like it. Settled for 2018 SV.

I had a very good experience with this dealership. I came in knowing the car I wanted to test drive, and did. They had it washed and parked up in front before I arrived. The car was in exactly the same condition and had the same equipment as described. They provided me lots of information on the used mustang I bought, and were eager to answer my questions. I bought the car and I'm very happy with the car and my experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

It's a great car, I came from a 2013 Toyota Corolla with 190,000 mi on it. I may be slightly biased but it's very quick and sips gas. If you're looking for a transportation vehicle, I would totally recommend this. It's a beautiful car with lots of technology and very stylish exterior.

Recently I had to get a newer car and believe me I was stressed because of the situation but when I went to CarMax which this is my second car from them it was once again amazing to work with them! I had the pleasure of working with 2 amazing sales associates. Helen Mayo who was my main sales associate and Cheyeene Toliver who helped out my wife and myself when Helen was off! They both were very kind and helpful and made the process an ease! I was thinking of other options but since they were amazing I went with them instead if your looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for either of these two women they are a great help!

I have the 2019 Nissan Sentra SV Special Edition and the ride and seats are very comfortable. Gas Mileage is great in the city using the Eco mode which I use a lot. I got up to 36 miles per gallon in the city. I added some System48Plus to the oil crank case and now I'm getting up to 40 miles per gallon in the city! I bought the car certified and it had no recalls so I decided to buy this one. Some of those other 2019s had a recall. The front of the car looks amazing sporty! The thing that's not as good would be the performance which I don't need as long as I am saving gas but I am getting a better puck up since I added that engine treatment as well as better gas mileage. The only other thing that could use improvement would be the sterio speakers and l will probably just change that to Boise speakers. Overall it's a great looking and dependable car.

Overall, customer service was good which to me is by far the most important. I only had one issue and that was after getting my oil changed the next day the cover on the oil pan was dragging possibly to due to not putting it back on right. I took it to them the very next day and they managed to take care of it no questions asked. I also managed to have my tires swapped out for all new tires , as they managed to give me a decent price on them including installation. Communication was definitely great and I appreciate their service. I would definitely recommend dependable dodge to anyone looking to buy a car.

This car check all my boxes for an economic sedan with good aesthetics. It looks sporty and more expensive than it is, offers a comfortable ride and a lot of safety features. The only thing I wish is that they offered a more powerful engine. 149 hp is ok for everyday commuting, but would like the option of more.

This car does exactly what I needed a new car to do. I bought mine in July of 2025 and now 7 months later I have not had one issue with it. It gets great gas mileage, is very comfortable and I love the info system and stereo, For the money you cannot go wrong, this is my first foreign car and now I am done paying a arm and a leg for anything from Ford or GM.

It's pretty smooth driving it, easy to handle very comfortably made front to back, seats are nice, speakers are decent for stock, the middle screen is easy to navigate through. Well rounded vehicle in my opinion

I bought my car in 2014 with 5 miles on it. I changed the oil, had the CVT fluid changed at the intervals recommended by Nissan and I never had any problems with my car. Someone hit me and totaled my vehicle the end of September 2023. My car had 159,999 in the odometer at that time. I was trying to make it last as long as possible. I know what others say about this car but it was a great car and I’ve never had any issues or problems with it. Sad to see it gone.

Awesome car . I’m having some transmission slipping ..major red flag .. but I’m so happy with the overall performance otherwise since I’ve owned other many other problems when they were high mileage . I’d buy a Nissan Sentra again if I could afford it . Older lady .. wishing I could get my Transmission to not be sluggish in 1st gear !!!! Transmission sticking !!

This is the 4th Nissan I’ve owned and I loved all of them, I will not go anywhere else to buy a car to me this is a very reliable vehicle.

Love my 2024 Nissan Sentra sv I hit my hear mark with my baby I call her “Diamond” lol she’s great with mileage/gas and is comfortable for me and my daughter and visiting family in California I have no plans On trading her love the space inside and smoothness when driving Siri play “isn’t she lovely” lol I definitely recommend

This is a well put together vehicle. Interior fit and finish, even for the base S model, is splendid and many newer safety features come standard. The seats on the base S are very comfortable on long drives. Ive read a few "pro" reviews that mentioned the engine being underpowered, especially for highway passing. I have found the opposite out of this beautiful 149 hp CVT. I mean it's 149 hp, not 189; not sure where any complaint of being underpowered comes from? And, the CVT has wonderfully placed mimick shift points that make you feel like its a non-cvt transmission. Besides being ahead of the others with the interior, it's a well insulated cabin which deafens quite a bit of road noise. If your thinking about a Nissan Sentra, don't listen to these "professional" knucklehead reviewers. I believe they're not as accurate as the average Joe like us and have lost sight of what a great entry level sedan is.
