When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. Awesome car buying experience with no run around ! Very straight forward easy experience. They do not pressure you or give you the run around at all. The customer service is beyond FANTASTIC! My salesman Mike was truly helpful & prompt on the the whole deal. Will definitely be referring family and friends & continue buying from CarMax (especially this particular location) !

I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I took my truck in for first oil change. Supposedly I got a full multi-point inspection. When I drove off the dealer the sound coming from the muffler was different than when I took it in. I immediately found a parking lot and pulled in to it. After checking the muffler and not finding anything I open the engine hood. I immediately saw that whoever took the air filter assembly apart to check the filter could not put it back together. It was totally not right. I put it back together as it properly goes. If something so simple was not done right I wonder what happens when one needs major service done. It’s kind of hard for me to recommend service here after such a minor thing was messed up!!
I talk to one of your Sales Manager who was quite helpful in discussing couple of Toyota Corolla in your show room of 2017, however, I have postponed for a month to purchase and will definitely contact if I am ready to purchase.
