this is a new experience, internet car buying. i been browsing for a week or two when a 2025, 812 mils, fair price jeep, grand cherokee was aired at superstition springs lexus. mesa, az scared me, i'm prescott,az.. my contact initially was mayra. she answered key questions. i was determined to see this suv.. before leaving i was contacted by john meyers. he was going to be my sales person. i hoped he knew something about jeeps. my terms were, reasonable trade in for my honda, CRV, jeep had as advertised, and cash difference. john walked me through the jeep details. i was quite pleased with his knowledge from front to back, he knew jeeps. after a test dr. the wheels went into motion. a women, i believe was called heather made sure i had coffee, water, and snacks. the sales process was in motion, john was busy,alerting every office involved in my purchase. i was out and on the road after several hrs. it was a good experience. i like my jeep!

This is my second purchase from Ideal. Found a 2010 Ford Explorer on their website. It was still in the process of title being passed to them. Waited and checked back with them 2 weeks later. I was able to get a chance to drive it and took it on the freeway. This time I requested financing which they carried out quickly and provided me with a very low finance rate. Yes, they did add for putting the auto in "ready" condition. My auto had just come out of auction which required cleaning and checking to make sure it was servisable. The staff handled all the paperwork and licensing which saved me time. Thanks to everyone at Ideal for a very good Explorer.

Just bought a 2021 Versa SR.. handling is subperb, interior is perfect... Everything about the car is great. Maybe they could of priced it a little better but all in a great car.

If you need a car you need to go to drive time with bad credit you will get approved they make it so easy I hot as used car and was completed in 2 hours that would never happen at a car dealer

If you have a child in car seat, know that when you use key faub to unlock car the doors automatically lock once you open the door after like 30 seconds. I set keys down next to car seat and closed door. I had to call fire department because I locked son in car. Just a heads up. I thought door beeped and stayed unlocked if you left you keys in car but not in this situation.

He had my car serviced and finished at the time that he promised that it would be finished. He was very helpful and informative about the work that was done on my car. I purchased this model New from big local Nissan dealer in my city in 2016. Mine is the blue model. Has great gas mileage, to this day. Was a good deal, on a basic car, with no frills. Worked great until 3 summer, right after 3 year warranty expired, the A/C totally quit. Had it checked, was the compressor. Over $1,000 fix. About the same time, strangely the paint started bubbling up in the between the rear doors on both side, and in crease where rear window meets the trunk. Flake after flake, will not stop and now a large section is gone on both back sides. For a 3 year old new car at the time, I was not happy. It is now 7 years old, and the chipping continues. Disappointing, and I have seen many of the same complaints online.

Came here expecting hidden fees and hours of back and forth and found none of that. We worked with Angel and test drove 2 cars fairly quickly. Shortly after we decided on a Scion. The price was a little higher than we budgeted for but Tristen was able to knock the price down a little to where we needed. Walked out the door happy, all within an hour and a half. Bought this when I needed better fuel efficiency than I was getting in my previous vehicle. I currently have just over 12,000 miles on it, and my gas mileage is at 42.8 mpg total. That is getting close to the hybrid range. Very pleased. It still has plenty of power to get up to highway speed as well. Cruises very well at 70-75 mph.

The car has pluses and a few minuses. First the good things. It is by far one of the smoothest vehicles I've ever driven, especially highway driving. You barely feel the road. Breaking is quick and responsive which adds to the smooth driving experience. The car is agile and has a impressive turning radius. Engine performance is adequate but acceleration is a bit weak especially taking it from 0 to 60. so you will not be passing every car on the road with this. Also the car sways a bit in high winds so it feels like you have to fine tune the steering at highway speeds to stay in lane. Exterior stying of car is also a bit unorthodox with it's small 15 inch wheels and oversized headlights. Interior is very comfortable for most people seats are comfortable with good back support. The rear seating is large for a subcompact with excellent legroom . The dash is not terribly impressive though cheap plastic is used and the glove compartment is too small . Also audio system is subpar and basic. What I love about the car is the price, the gas mileage and the comfort and reliability. If your looking for fancy or fast look elsewhere.
