I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Thank you to David for explaining what another repair shop had done damaging my car and being instrumental in helping me recup my loss from them. Greg has continued to help me with problems and get to the bottom line of issues. Jerry and Jimmy helped me realize I might want a different vehicle not just replace with the same one I have. Peter was great with getting the finance paperwork done and explaining the ???why??? it???s a good idea to buy the extended warranty and I did. After the sale it is so important that the service department is one you can trust and feel confident because over the years that???s where we spend our time . I really don't know where too begin with the young lady Omni on today...she was my friends saleswoman but I had purchased a car over the phone the information that she had given my friend I told her I had been explained any if that she began too be my saleswoman as well..I can really write a book on her today But, just know with a person like Omni you will have customers coming back...Very,Very Friendly ,Excellent customer service, Explained the buying process thorough!! I felt as if I had been knowing her forever!!!! Satisfied Customer I am!!!! Thanks Omni Binion!!!
Had oil changed, tire rotated and multi-point inspection done. Service center indicated that my brakes need some work. Service rep was keep me informed of progress and any issues. Overall service I am please with it. what keep me from giving a five stars brake pads they had in stock where not the morpar but another brand. Not bad but not as good as the morpar.
Jon Tyler and Keith Mitchell were very helpful and made trading for our new 2018 Nissan Armada a nice experience.
