We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!

This my 4th Nissan Rogue, and it's the only car I'll buy. I have NEVER had any problems with it, or any that I have owned. I have taken trips across country with it, with great gas mileage and comfortable to drive. It handles well, has plenty of get up and go, easy on the wallet, and very reliable.

I'm a first time car buyer and was getting very upset with my experience in buying a car. Most all the dealerships were acting like I was a nuisance, not a guest. If I asked for something they sighed and made a face. I was getting highly upset and was about to just not buy a car at all. That's when I was driving by Nissan of Norwich and decided to try one more dealership. I was not really a Nissan guy and had always owned Jeeps before this, but what does it hurt to step out of your comfort zone and try something new? I was greeted by Richard Parker who ended up being my sales associate I worked with through the entire process. I came in just as they were closing without realizing it. But he still wanted to take the time to help me out and test drive not one but two SUVs - Nissan Rouges. After test driving the 2014 Nissan Rouge, I fell in love! No more Jeep for me. I came back two days later and worked again with Richard and Eric in the finance office. The banks originaly did not approve me for the Black Rouge I wanted, but Eric called them up and used the dealerships great track record and good relationship with the bank to advocate on my behalf. It was AMAZING the magic this guy has. He actually got me Approved!! I drove away in the car I wanted! These folks at Nissan of Norwich are truly professionals and know exactly what they are doing, and they do it with Style. I can't explain how happy I am that I am in that vehicle. Unlike the other dealerships, they actually took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure to match me with a vehicle that completely fit my needs and my budget. They were respectful of my time and what I could bring to the table and really put the effort in to make the deal happen. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle. They actually have a used 2012 Plum Nissan Rouge, that was my second choice it's a really nice vehicle. It won't be there for long though, I'm sure it will sell fast lol. That is to say; when I go to his dealership with the INTENT to purchase a vehicle, he goes out of his way to make it happen. Never an issue with either vehicle I've purchased from him.

I just picked up a 2020 Rogue basic model with AWD, they sure have changed since my last one, in a good way. I’ve had a 2010 and a 2012 SL models. That alone says something having owned 3 now. Great crossover, decent in the snow, I’ve only had AWD models really good on gas! Very dependable!

This was a replacement vehicle for a Toyota Camry that was totaled. Bought it, it was 3 years old with 36,032 miles on it. Been rear ended $14,000 in Damages to the rear, there’s only 2 things I would complain about. One getting a replacement Drivers seat has been a problem, I’ve even looked in Auto salvage yards to get a replacement seat, it’s been a headache, and if you do find one you got to give the first 2 numbers of the VIN # so the wiring Harness will work.. if you have the American built version , the Japanese or Korean Version Wiring Harnesses will not work, they will bolt in, but the Harnesses won’t work. Been looking for 3 years for a seat , still can’t find one. I’ve looked in both North & South Carolina for a replacement seat.

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

Likes: Works well as a daily driver Has all the room I need SL trim level is very nice, love 360 camera Bought from a great dealership Dislikes The Bose sound system is horrible Mid 20’s MPG, could be better Overall, very happy with my choice and glad I didn’t go with the CX5 I almost bought.

I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

Don’t know why people hate Nissans with CVT. Now that I’ve lived with the CVT with 140,000 miles I know I wouldn’t buy another one, but it’s been just fine, no issues. This isn’t a sporty vehicle but for 8 years and 140k miles it gets the job done every time. I just don’t get the hatred towards these cars. I do have AWD but if I were to do it over I’d drop that option. It’s expensive to maintain and truthfully I don’t go outside when the weather is bad anyway so I doubt the AWD feature has ever engaged, not even once. I plan to keep my vehicle for 10 years then get a minivan.

We have now had 4 leases, with the last 2 at Middletown Nissan, and both times now we've had good experiences. I can't speak for others but we are overly satisfied with our experience here a month ago. Carlos Barassa negotiated our purchase and went above and beyond our expectations. He was pleasant to negotiate with, and ended up selling us a Rogue! He was knowledgeable about the car and all its features. For the month we have now had the car, the auto has performed as he reported it would, and is becoming the favorite of the four cars we leased over the years. We owe a great deal of thanks to Carlos. Sara Chamma, is the Business Manager who prepared our financing and was also a major player in our final decision. Very professional with a deep understanding of how to run her position, and she has a sweet personality as well, which is very helpful to people who are spending a lot of money. Everything moved with alacrity from beginning to end, and we spent the least amount of time here than at any of the other trade-ins. Overall I think Carlos and Sara, make Middletown Nissan look like a well run company. Thank you both, again, and we will be back when we are ready to negotiate another lease.
