Auto Giants MitsubishiReviews
Auto Giants Mitsubishi review
I waited a few months before writing a review. Bought a truck back in May/June. Charles Harris helped me out when I came in to look at the truck the first time, he ran some numbers for me and I left. Didn’t feel any pressure at all into buying the vehicle, I left because I had a few others ones I was looking at as well. I came back about a week later, truck was still there and I had came back on time, there was someone else interested in as well. I had gave Charles a call ahead of time and let him know I was stopping but to make the purchase. The manager was also super helpful during the process. I believe his name was Phillip. After buying the truck, the check engine light came on while driving it home. I ran my scanner and found the issue, contacted Charles about it and he spoke with his manager, they had me bring it in the next day and took care of it at no cost. I was afraid they would pull something on me but no issues no back and forth, they took care of me. It’s been a couple of months with having the truck now, no issues with the truck and no complaints.
2024 Nissan Altima review
Very sporty inside and out. Great gas mileage. I like that it has just the right amount of buttons and dials, not too much. The seats are very comfortable.

Passport Nissan of Alexandria review
We recently purchased a car from Passport Nissan and we cannot commend our sales team high enough. Raegan Hooker, Vehicle Exchange Manager, called while our car was being serviced, and he graciously introduced the idea of trading in our car toward a new purchase. After greeting us, Kervin Escobar, Salesman, took over. Kervin was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as we worked through our decision process. And of course our long-time trusted service advisor, Jose Mejia, was there to weigh options with us based on everything he knew about our preferences and lifestyle. This team worked highly effectively together, we were delighted to work with them.
2026 Nissan Kicks review
My New 2026 SR is Great except for 2 things. The main thing is a totally messed up radio. It offers everything you could want and much that you don't need. It comes with the Siri. Yuck, it interrupts everything. But, the presets don't work, the station that it says it is playing is wrong. You have to key many stations because it is playing something you don't want to hear. I could go on and on but that is the jest of it. There is a considerable amount of road noise as well. Otherwise, i LOVE it. Nissan refuses to replace the radio or the car. BAD!!!

Sheehy Nissan of WaldorfReviews
Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf review
Without discussing the beginning of my car search journey, I will go straight to the end of my journey with Nissan / Hyundai located in Waldorf MD. Anne Maus, Todd Zaciek, Denzel Payne and Max Cho... My search started May 9, 2022 and Ended June 7, 2022. It went from dealing with 2 sales associates I would NEVER recommend, to dealing with an EXCELLENT salesperson that assisted me for three weeks. Hands down Anne Maus (Nissan Dealer) is the best sales associate to have assisted me with my car search. Anne and I spoke, texted and emailed for 3 weeks. I finally went to the dealer on Saturday, May 29, 2022. I test drive 3 vehicles and fell in LOVE with the 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, because the vehicle was a certified vehicle I had to work with a Hyundai Sales Associate. After 5 days of being jerked around, the vehicle I fell in love with was sold. I texted my disappointment to the manager. I immediately received a call from Todd Z. Mr. Todd Z., went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing a vehicle. The next day Mr. Todd Z. sent me information on another Santa Fe. The truck that I fell in love with didn't even compare to the truck Mr. Todd Z sold me! I arrived at the Dealer on June 7, 2022 to sign off on my paperwork. I received nothing but TOP NOTCH SERVICE from my original Sales associate Anne Maus, a new sales associate from Hyundai, Denzel Payne. Denzel Payne showed me how to work all the gadgets on my new 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimate. Mr. Max Cho, the finance gentleman was very pleasant to work with, he made my experience very easy. When I say I can not THANK these 4 individuals (Anne Maus, Denzel Payne, Max Cho and last but not least Mr. Todd Z.) enough. I would recommend ANNE MAUS to anyone. Ms. Maus is very passionate about helping her customers. Ms. Maus listened and understood from day 1 what type of vehicle I was looking for and took her time to deal with me. None of this would not have been possible if Todd Z did not step in and save the day.

Great car buying experience! Diaz Kunia provided wonderful customer service. Very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction. Highly recommend this dealership and Diaz!
2024 Nissan ARIYA review
Admittedly, have not had this vehicle for very long, but I am very impressed. And I am difficult to impress. Previous vehicle was an ‘18 RAM 1500 with V8 Hemi. It was fun, powerful, loud, and I enjoyed sitting up high. Two weeks in the Ariya, and I don’t miss it. I have the AWD version, and this thing moves at the frequency I think. I mean, you see a space in traffic you want to get to, check blind spots and BAM, you’re there. Handling is crisp and tight, remaining so at highway speeds. Bumps handled like a luxury mobile of 2X the cost. Cabin is quiet, spacious, and does not feel cheap. Tons of features, power everything. Screen bootup is rapid and has my tunes going by the time I’m buckled in and have my glasses switched to my sunglasses. Heads up display tells everything I need, and well positioned. Charging so far has not been an issue in the least. Installed a ChargePoint charger in my garage, and it’s easily setup and controlled through their app, so it charges on schedule according to my utility provider’s preferred charge time, giving me a break on the electricity used to charge it. All told, I’ve spent $6 over 2 weeks and 500 miles. Truck would have cost me a tank, or 30 gallons of gas for same distance.

Sheehy Nissan of Manassas review
I had an excellent experience with Sayed at Sheehy Nissan of Manassas. He was professional, dedicated, and really focused on getting me the best lease deal on my new Nissan Altima SR. Sayed was efficient and made the trade-in process a breeze. Unlike other dealerships where it feels like you're asking for a favor, Sayed worked hard to make sure the deal worked in my favor. His persistence and commitment really set him apart. If you're looking for a new car and want someone who's going to work for you, definitely go see Sayed at Sheehy Nissan of Manassas
2024 Nissan Kicks review
This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again

2023 Nissan Maxima review
This is my 4th Maxima. I have the SR version and it has four things that I don’t like. The CVT, cheap paint, “too light” steering in corners and the harsh ride. The CVT is actually not bad but I prefer a true automatic or manual gear box for more spirited driving. I had my CVT fluid changed at the dealer at 23,000 miles, I’m gonna keep a schedule to change it every 20,000 miles or two years to be on the safe side. The paint job is probably the cheapest quality paint I’ve ever seen on a car. It scratches easily and I’m sure with the Vegas heat, it will probably be prone to fade in 3 years so I got it treated to prevent that from happening. The steering is fine in straight driving and changing lanes but when you hit a curve, it feels so light that it’s like being disconnected from the road. This is the first car I’ve ever had that felt that way. Lastly is the harsh ride. I like a vehicle that has a firm but composed ride. It’s composed but too firm. I think I’m gonna buy some Continentals, the rubber is softer than what I have now. I bought this car as a collector item I want to fix up that I drive only a few times because they don’t make them anymore. It’s a nice ride but Nissan should have let it go out in style. They should have made it all wheel drive and a 9 speed automatic. I may look into getting it converted but it’s gonna cost a lot to do it. It’s a very nice car, gets good gas mileage and is trouble free so far. Nissan should have kept it around and just updated it.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. 2023 Nissan Sentra review
Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

Purchased my Rogue about one month ago. I previously owned a Lexus ES350 and wanted a small SUV but the luxury brands didn’t do it for me. Likes: Works well as a daily driver Has all the room I need SL trim level is very nice, love 360 camera Bought from a great dealership Dislikes The Bose sound system is horrible Mid 20’s MPG, could be better Overall, very happy with my choice and glad I didn’t go with the CX5 I almost bought.

2017 Nissan Rogue review
I bought my rogue brand new in 2017 snd nothing but good to say about it. This is my fsmily car for last seven year and o have zero relaiability issue. Currently my milage is 110k , othet than reguler oil and filter change or factory drfault setvices , i did not to trouble shoot it. I use it for everday travel and grocery and never had any issue. After using it for seven year i csn definitly say it performed beyond my expectation. I have serviced my car from the dealership only and they were deligent of its needs. Rigth now i can say i dont feel like its a seven year old car. It still rides like new. More recently i nerd to cahge my battery and minor repare of my syearing wheel, other than that only factory recomemded services. I know the cars acceleration is not the best but i dont nerd it for my family car. It is spacious and I use ot regulerly for moving furniture or reno work. The finish is good for my test. The only issue i am having right now is the breake has a squeaky paddle. For comfort i can say its front seat are very comfortable. The ride quality is average, it does not soakup road imperfection but its not too bad though. I have 8 liter per 100km for milage. This is a keeper.

Sheehy Nissan of Manassas review
I had a truly wonderful car buying experience—ten stars! Sheehy Nissan of Manassas was fantastic. Every step of the process was clearly and pleasantly explained. I received exactly what was agreed upon over the phone, and all the paperwork was completed smoothly. I highly recommend Mr. Ash (salesperson), Mr. AJ (manager), and Mr. Wally (business manager), as well as this dealership, to anyone looking to buy a car. Thank you!
2023 Nissan ARIYA review
I watched a ton of reviews and so many are critical of small things that in reality didn't matter. The charging speed is more than adequate for daily driving. The range is great! It has a ton of features and feels very refined compared to any other EV I have driven. Nissan really needs to do better marketing this car so more people can experience it!

2023 Nissan ARIYA review
I will be really critical of "Youtube reviewers", which often focus on what a car feels within a a day, week, or month and don't project their analysis beyond that. For instance recommending a Hyundai with several critical ongoing recalls over a Toyota with a clean slate. $5k difference means nothing if the vehicle is not working and the manufacturer is shady about it. Nissan is guilty of CVTs and now Turbo issues, but the Leaf is none of that, and not the Ariya. Time has proven that the Ariya is a more reliable vehicle than the Ioniq 5 (search for ICCU) and ID.4( choose your poison). Do not get me started on Teslas, which somehow get a free pass on reliability. The car was too expensive new, yet why would anyone buy a new EV? You lease it. In the US, leasing was the only way to obtain government subsidies anyway for Japanese made cars. Now as a used EV, is quite affordable, the charging is on par with most new Japanese EVs (Soltera, CH-R, BZ) as 20%-80% in "nearly 30mins" does not look bad anymore if it comes from Toyota. I bought a 2023 Engage+ E-4orce on April 2025 and have no complaints. I bought it for $21K with under 5k miles, instead of a used Corolla. Try the Ariya before you shop for a new ICE compact sedan, and definitively before buying any used or new EVs.

2022 Nissan Altima review
I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

2022 Nissan Rogue Sport review
I have only owned the car about a month. I purchased pre-owned. The car does not have good acceleration. Slow in fact. That's my one complaint. A big complaint really. The car is fully loaded with all the bells and whistles a car can have. Once you plug your Android or iPhone into the outlet it will connect automatically to the car. One of my favorite features is the reading my text messages to me feature! NICE feature to have. I didn't want a big SUV, this size works perfect for me.

2017 Nissan Rogue review
Don’t know why people hate Nissans with CVT. Now that I’ve lived with the CVT with 140,000 miles I know I wouldn’t buy another one, but it’s been just fine, no issues. This isn’t a sporty vehicle but for 8 years and 140k miles it gets the job done every time. I just don’t get the hatred towards these cars. I do have AWD but if I were to do it over I’d drop that option. It’s expensive to maintain and truthfully I don’t go outside when the weather is bad anyway so I doubt the AWD feature has ever engaged, not even once. I plan to keep my vehicle for 10 years then get a minivan.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Easterns Automotive (Laurel) – A Shoutout to Mr. Lorenzo Joseph! From the moment I walked into the Easterns Automotive Laurel location, I knew I was in good hands. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the customer service provided by Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Mr. Joseph went above and beyond to ensure my car-buying experience was seamless and stress-free. From the initial greeting to handing me the keys, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, provided expert recommendations without any pressure, and answered every question I had with honesty and professionalism. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the way he treated me like more than just another customer. His calm demeanor, transparency throughout the process, and commitment to making sure I left happy made all the difference. In an industry where great customer service can be hit or miss, Mr. Joseph is a true standout. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle and want a team that values integrity and top-tier service, I highly recommend Easterns Automotive in Laurel—and be sure to ask for Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Great car!! Range is on the low side with the e-for e version but I’ve adjusted to charging between home and its ideal charging at the Tesla superchargers when you have the adapter, so far it’s a colony ride for long trips especially with the usb connections in the rear along with the air vents and so far no trouble with reliability, got all my recalls done and the service has been impeccable i recommend this car wholeheartedly

Nissan of BowieReviews
Nissan of Bowie review
I had a terrific experience at this dealership! I was very nervous going into this whole process as this was the first time ever buying a new car by myself. I had recently just had my previous car totaled by the insurance company unfortunately and needed to get a new car. (RIP to my Nissan Versa) I researched the car and trim level/features I wanted and then found dealers in my state that had the specific car I was looking for. I then weeded out the dealers that had poor reputations online. Nissan of Bowie had a good reputation online and also had the cheapest listing online for the exact car I was looking for (a 2025 Nissan Sentra SV with Cold Weather Package.) I showed up and met a salesman named Perfection. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process. Unfortunately they didn’t have the exact car that was listed online available anymore but they were able to find one elsewhere and get it over to their dealership in a timely manner. Perfection and the sales manager were able to offer me a fantastic rate for the car and were very easy to work with. I did go visit another dealership before I pulled the trigger on the car at Bowie just to get a sense of what other places were offering and to get a little bit of leverage to negotiate. I did not have a good experience with the other dealership despite them offering me a slightly better price, about $200 less than what Bowie ended up agreeing to. The sales manager was very intimidating and not very friendly so I ended up going back to Bowie and we got a deal done. Perfection was very kind and patient with me as I struggled with several technical difficulties trying to fill out the paperwork and add the new car to my insurance. He managed to make the whole experience as stress free and easy as possible, given the circumstances. The sales manager was also very reasonable and was willing to work with me to get a fantastic deal. Finally I’d like to thank the finance manager, whose name I cannot remember unfortunately. He was fantastic and a really cool dude. I had difficulty making payment at first because my bank daily withdrawal limit was way below my down payment. It took forever to get my bank to raise the limit and then even longer to get the transaction to go through. He was incredibly kind and patient with me about the whole thing and I got to speak with him a little bit about life and past experiences and whatnot while we waited on hold forever with my bank to get their act together. (For those inexperienced at buying cars like I was, either make sure your bank cards daily limit withdrawal limits are high enough for what you plan to spend before you go to the dealership, or bring a checkbook or cash lol. Next time I buy a car I’m bringing my checkbook just in case as a backup anyway) In summary, if you are looking to buy a new car, Perfection and the whole team over at Bowie of Nissan will treat you right. And if they don’t have the exact car of your dreams on the lot, they will work quick to get you that car and will negotiate in good faith to get you a good deal. PS if you drive for Uber or do Uber Eats currently and have done at least 50 trips you can qualify for discounts on a large number of different new cars!

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

2021 Nissan Rogue review
I was shopping for a used vehicle to replace a Lexus ES 350 that was 11 years old. I was prepared to keep that car forever, but it was totaled in an accident. I went to CARMAX looking for another luxury vehicle, and then I saw this Rogue Platinum. It looked like new, but it was 5 years old with under 40,000 miles on it. It was Pearl White with an Absolute Black top. The exterior had only a small blemish on a rear door, otherwise it was perfect. What sold me on the car was the interior. It was a Saddle-and-Black combination with top-quality leather not found in this class of compact SUVs. Being a Platinum trim level, it had every option one could imagine - more than my old Lexus had. The interior also looked brand new. The car is comfortable, quiet, and brilliantly appointed. I've seen both great and terrible reviews on the Rogue, so I did purchase the CAREMAX extended warranty. I have had the car for only a month. Will it continue to delight me or disappoint me in the months ahead? Time will tell, but I love it now.

2022 Nissan Pathfinder review
I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.

2017 Nissan Rogue review
I now have over 80,000 miles on my Rogue, and it has been everything I had hoped for (for thousands less than the CR-V I almost bought). Zero reliability issues....it has only needed oil changes, brakes, and tires. Steering, acceleration, and braking seem responsive. Good road visability, and great MPG. The only negative in my opinion is I do feel road bumps in this suv more than my previous Subaru Outback and Honda CR-V. I wouldn't be surprised if I get 300,000+ miles out of this vehicle.

MemberCar review
I bought a used car from MemberCar three months ago. I wanted to wait to write a review to ensure I didn't get a lemon. So far, so good. The sales experience was straight forward. I found the car online and it was reasonably priced, a little lower than similar vehicles at other dealers. Justin, who was relatively new at the time, was the salesman. We went for a test drive, then headed into the office to review the car history and sign the paperwork. The atmosphere was casual, no pressure. Justin attempted to answer my questions, what he didn't know, another salesman, Tony, helped with. The manager/owner also came out and discussed how they get and vet cars. Everyone was pleasant to work with and it really was a no-haggle/hassle processes. The paperwork was simple enough and I drove away with the vehicle the same day.

Heated seats, heated steering wheel, remote start, pwr tailgate and upgraded info screen with many cameras and nav. As of November 2024, it has been absolutely bulletproof. We bought the car for our 16-year-old daughter and it has carried her through high school and now college with only one issue. I have had to replace the battery three times only oil changes. A set of brakes and a set of tires and service the CVT transmission. I learned this is highly important for the CVT to get the maximum life out of it, since it is a weak spot. Dealer charges about $200 to do it. Do it every 30k. Ours has performed flawlessly! Negatives- At 6 foot two I find a hard driving position. The power seat does not go back far enough but if I lower the seat all the way to the floor it gives me the room I need but then I feel like I’m sitting in a bathtub, but hey, it’s not my car so I rarely drive it Performance around town is very good! You can find yourself getting a speeding ticket on city Street if you’re not careful. Highway power is just OK I find it if you’re trying to cruise 80 miles an hour with other people in the car the CVT is constantly revving the engine out to get maximum performance and hold the Cruise control. I also find there’s quite a bit of road noise at freeway speeds especially if you’re sitting in the backseat. The cloth upholstery on the zero gravity seats stains way too easily especially if you have a tan colored interior I have to steam clean them at least every six months, my daughter is an athlete and she sometimes gets in the car sweaty with a water bottle between her legs and just the moisture stains the heck out of the seat. Overall, though for about $26,000 it’s hard to beat. It’s been reliable it’s safe and I have felt extremely comfortable putting my child in it and sending her off to college. I imagine she will keep it for many more years after graduation.
