I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Fifi took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. She; Fifi even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my iphone, etc. I highly recommend buying from Milford Nissan and it’s great people specially Fifi. It was worth the 45 mn drive to get there.

I went up next morning on my way out of town. Meet with my sales person Fifi. Told her I wanted to drive car and possibly purchase one. I said here the catch. I have to be at Logan airport in 4 hours to catch a plane
The whole dealership ensured that my purchase was smooth and stress free. We agreed on a price. Did the paper work and drove to the airport with extra time to even have a late lunch.
I wish I could leave 6 Stars. This Dealership went above and beyond. The staff is extremely friendly, outgoing and "not pushy." I had come in looking for a specific car for my wife, they made me feel like family and not just your average customer. My salesman Justin even followed up step by step with updated on the car I purchased. Highly recommend him! He is easy going and LISTENS to what your needs are. He didn't push me to buy a different either. He was so easy to work with and has showed me a new side to purchasing cars. Don't shop anywhere else. Get it done right the First time! Also a big shout out to the General Manager Tony. He is so friendly to talk to!!! So with the combination of both of them, we had finalized a deal, and to top it off, we had put the car in the show room with a large bow and surprised my Wife with a new car. Now that it Service! I visited this dealer because they featured a nice slightly used 2016 Ram 1500.
I had shopped around on Cars.com and found this Ram listed at a dealership about 10 miles from my house.
I stopped by on a Saturday to look over the Ram, and to see what I could get for the trade in of my 2006 Jeep Wrangler. George Cannon was my sales rep and he is a very nice & knowledgeable guy.
After test driving the Ram, we negotiated the deal in which both myself and the dealership were happy with.
I next meant Jim Wood, who found me better financing then what I walked in with and we closed the deal.
I never thought in my wildest dreams I would be leaving Milford Nissan with that beautiful truck on Saturday, when I came in.
Overall it was a very good buying/trading experience, I highly recommend this company.

we had Clay Holt. go see him. we never had a more pleasant car buying experience. dont to earth guy and you never felt like you were being played. got us right where we wanted to be. if you leave a car dealership NOT feeling like you got screwed its a good thing. we tried this dealership last and we wont go anywhere else again. no high pressure. no games. all the way through financing.
I have too say, being a little skeptical of buying a used car from a dealer I was quite surprised when I stopped by Mastria Subaru. The salesman Ron C. couldn't of been any better. He is a true professional. He was easy to talk to and discuss the car I was interested in and walked me through the whole process. We very impressed with the detailed knowledge of the Mazda CX-5 Grnd Touring vehicle by Thomas Belliveau. He was not forceful or aggressive as many sales dealership sales representatives are. He took his time and ensured we were comfortable with his overviews he demonstrated patience and walked through the process of leasing a vehicle. We felt his customer service and our experience was outstanding. Ricardo Dordete whom did the lease paperwork was. very personable and patient with our questions.

You always are worried when you walk into a dealership. I traveled 70 miles for the car I bought. Drew my salesperson made the process quick and easy. The price was what I was quoted. Left the same day with my Sierra. Great experience just wish they were a little closer.
Came in to buy a new Colorado Adam was very friendly he made our time at the dealership fun and pleasant. Taft the sales manager was delightful I will be back with my husband next year to get another one! Im definitely a regular now thanks again guys!!
The right rear brake on my ???14 Q50S has been making a horrendous squealing sound for several months. After having an incredibly difficult experience working with the Infiniti dealer I purchased the car from in central Mass, Infiniti USA sent me to Infiniti of Norwood. Nigel and his team have been excellent to work with! Great communication, easy to talk to, tremendously helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you! I feel as though they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve this issue (and we are still working on it.) I also had an oil & filter change while my car was there. The job was done well and engine compartment was clean / no oil spills / drips. The cost of the oil & filter service (synthetic) was about $40 more than at my previous Infiniti dealer though. Thought this was a bit high, but honestly, the quality of service I am seeing is worth it. Great experience, thank you.
