I had the best experience with Checkered Flag Auto Outlet. This is my second time using Checkered Flag as our dealership. Our salesman, Allen Belanger, was the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He was genuine, answered all of our questions, and never pushed anything on us. He called us as soon as the vehicle we were interested in was ready to be viewed. The whole team at the Auto Outlet made us feel like they were a close knit family, and we became part of it. They even helped entertain my one year old daughter! I will continue to recommend Checkered Flag to all of my family and friends in the area!

The experience I had here was amazing! Eric, Sung-Ho, Thomas, and all of the staff were awesome! They weren't pushy and I never felt obligated to do anything or make a decision like most dealerships do even when I said I wanted a day to think about it before I made my decision to buy. From test driving to helping me get a better loan than my bank offered me, they helped every step of the way. They even gave me a rental when I was having something done to my car so I wasn't left without a vehicle. They were very friendly and polite, they made you feel like you were a part of the Hyman Brothers family. I highly recommend them to anyone who is trying to sell or buy a vehicle.
I had my Mazda in for an oil change and safety check a week ago as my wife and I were getting ready to take a trip. After getting the car home I noticed a small amount of oil on the garage floor after the car sat all night. I monitored it for a few days and it never totally went away but did get less. Not sure if I had a problem or not I called yesterday and talked to Cleon and he said to bring it right in. 25 minutes later my car was on the lift and after checking they realized when the oil filter had been changed some oil dripped on the top of the plastic cover under the engine compartment. After sitting for a while that little bit of oil would let gravity take its course and dripped down under the car. So I didn't have an oil leak, just a small amount of excess old oil from the oil change dripping off the plastic cover. It would be nice if every time we got service or goods from a company everything always turned out 100%. That isn't the world we live in. So I appreciate that they owned up to the problem being less than 100% cleanup after the oil change. The fact they got me right in and checked everything, determined the cause of the oil dripping, and cleaned off the plastic cover to eliminate the problem, put my mind at ease. My 3 year warranty will expire next month but I plan to continue using Hyman for my car servicing. I feel in this situation they did a great job of fixing a problem!
I had a terrible experience at another dealership, Mr. Jackson listen patiently to my horor story. He went the extra 10 miles to make sure I purchased a vehicle within my budget, it was what I wanted walk me thru the process and took the time to explain. We had a great experience today purchasing a new Honda Odyssey at Casey Honda. Joe Bolton was knowledgeable and professional as our salesman. He provided information and answered all of our questions. It was because of Joe that we followed through with this transaction. He was friendly, easy and comfortable in his work. Joe is a great asset to Casey Honda.
the customer service and the service was excellent but I had a coupon for a $59.99 oil change (synthetic oil) and when I paid my bill it was $74.39. When I asked why was I paying almost $15 more the excuse was that my car didn't require synthetic oil but I requested it so the oil change process required an additional fee (I drive a Toyota Yaris). There was no mention of an additional fee until it was time to pay the bill. I don't like being taken advantage of. Also, the service representative was very nice and professional and I know he's just doing his job, but he tried to sell me additional service repairs. I politely declined each recommendation and he would offer another service repair at a lower rate.
Celeste was our sales person and she was competent, helpful and friendly. She patiently worked with us until we decided what car we wanted to buy. The entire process was without any pressure, the business manager who did the paperwork was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all our questions. We had a small problem with the price and that's why we took one star off. But in the end everything worked out fine and Pearson was accomodating with their price. We would buy there again, it's a fine dealership.
I am not good about keeping up with the recommended maintenance schedule. At my last oil change the employee spent a lot of time answering all of my questions about what is involved with my next big service on my vehicle, the time frame involved, and other questions. He was very patient and didn't try to hurry through the answers. Please keep this man for a long time! I like him. (Give him a raise, too. He's worth it.)
