Transmission slipping not able diagnose or fix issue ,also advisor did not seem to be very concerned. I have talked to other kia owner with same concern it would seem like it is time for Kia engineering to get involved

Debbie, was the best sales representative. She answered all questions that we had and handled several of our immediate concerns with our car. We needed a minor engine repair and she immediately arranged to have the car looked at by a mechanic and gave us a loaner vehicle without us having to ask. I recently purchased a car from Nalley Nissan. The car searching process was over a span of 3 days. My sales rep Deniece was very diligent and dedicated to making this process smooth. My downside was the time span of waiting for my financing process BUT Deniece made use of the time by having me finish other paperwork in the meantime, to be prepared for the next step. Once I got to the paperwork side, Cleo was very informative & he made sure to break things down that I didn???t understand. This was my first time buying a new car & I feel very happy with my purchase! The dealership did a courtesy window tint & Deniece continues to help me with questions about my car!
Denice Calllaway approached me in the lot as I was checking out that car I wanted and trying to make a decision, she helped me and guided me in choosing a car I like and also friendly to my credit status and would also help build it up. She gave her time and did beyond herself to ensure that I had a pleasant visit and purchase.
We had a great experience purchasing a car from Nalley Nissan. Deniece was on top of her game - we visited the dealership a month before moving and test drove a car and decided on what we liked. Before we returned at the end of the month, Deniece followed up to update us on what cars were available. When we were ready to buy, she had the model we wanted pulled up and ready to go. She also did a great job of helping us get a deal on some premium features, and she was honest with us throughout the process. Our only criticism was that the process was pretty time consuming and it felt like we spent a lot of time waiting around in between steps.
From the minute we went into Hardy Superstore earlier this week we knew it was going to be a great experience. We had bought from Hardy previously, so we expected the best anyway.
