The Highline GroupReviews
The Highline Group review
I had an exceptional experience purchasing a vehicle from Highline Group. Upon expressing interest in a test drive, Sales Manager Ted promptly contacted me to arrange the appointment. During the test drive, Salesperson Robert exhibited remarkable enthusiasm and provided a comprehensive overview of the vehicle’s features, addressing all of my questions and concerns. The vehicle was in impeccable condition, as Robert explained that Highline Group maintains an in-house service facility to ensure rigorous quality control. The dealership’s showroom was impressively stocked with a diverse collection of Ferrari, Ducati, and other high-performance vehicles. I promptly finalized the purchase, secured by Highline Group’s competitive loan rate that surpassed offerings from other institutions. I collected the vehicle within one week and have been thoroughly satisfied with the experience. I look forward to returning for future purchases and will confidently recommend this dealership to my associates.

Great people friendly not high pressure. They had the color and trim wanted. Very fair price I would recommend them. See kristen she does great job car was clean all paperwork completed. They even gave me free oil change
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Colonial Chevrolet review
The crew at Colonial Chevrolet in Acton was just fabulous to work with! Vin, Matt and Parish listened to what I wanted in a new vehicle on a late Saturday afternoon, found it for me Monday morning, and I was driving in my new Chevy Trailblazer Monday night! I would absolutely recommend working with the Team at Colonial Chevrolet in Acton!

Harbro Auto SalesReviews
Harbro Auto Sales review
When searching for our families latest people mover we decided to try a local dealership on the premise of thier outstanding online reviews.... At first we were a bit hesitant but as soon as we spoke to Chris Sargent via telephone our minds were put at ease. A few days later we met the rest of the team Dave, Heather and Amy. After a couple of test drives we landed the perfect one owner low mileage suv that suited us to a "T". Harbro proved to us why they have won so many customer service awards and are in the running to win DealerRater.com award again. Give Harbro a look and you will be glad that you did . Simple, fast, and personal this describes our transaction ! They even set up very low interest financing for us ! Thanks Harbro ! Oh yeah - as we were leaving both owners Mike and Mark walked out to personally thank us which was a nice touch :)

CarMax WestboroughReviews
CarMax Westborough review
I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

Mastria KiaReviews
Mastria Kia review
Kia Mastria in Raynham is the best! I went in for an oil change and had a hour to spare and Jeremiya sold me an upgraded Seltos. I couldn't be happier with the experience he was a very kind and knowledgeable young man. No high pressure sales and gave me everything asked for. Walked me through every process throughout the end. I have purchased over 10 vehicles in my lifetime and this was by far the easiest and best experience.
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

2022 Kia Carnival review
AMAZING MPV!! Bought 2022 SX Prestige with captain chairs in May 2021. Had 175,000 miles and drove like new. Only did Oil changes/tire rotations and filters (easy to change by yourself) and new tires 2x and a new battery at 150k was all I had to Maintenance. Was very spacious for up to 4 adults but too small for 7 adults. My last one was a total loss but would love another one. Was awesome in snow with all weather tires.

My wife and I had a great experience at VW Medford. They helped us the purchase of our new Atlas R line. Dan Goodman and Keven Umana provided excellent customer service and made sure to make the process as simple and painless as possible. If you are looking for a new or used Volkswagen, Colonial Medford is the place to go! Can’t be happier with our experience.
2025 Volkswagen ID. Buzz review
If you are searching for an electric mini-van your options are an SUV or the ID.Buzz. That being said, this is an amazing vehicle that fills the bill nicely. Great interior, roomy and airy, amazing exterior that always turns heads, quick charging, quick acceleration and generally the exact vehicle you think it would be. Was it overpriced when it was released, yes. Can you get amazing deals right now that bring it inline with where it should have ben priced, absolutely!

Milford Nissan review
Milford Nissan Rocks!!!! We have previously purchased 2 vehicles at Milford Nissan in the past few years. We just purchased our 3rd and 4th there in one day. My wife leased a brand new 2026 Nissan Frontier and I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Express. The care we have received and the expertise of George in sales and Jim in finance are the main reason we return to Milford Nissan. And the vehicles we purchase surpassed our expectations. Milford Nissan is a breathe of fresh air when it comes to car dealerships, they really do care! Thank you George and Jim!!

2025 Toyota Sienna review
The center console is too high and big. I can hardly reach the glove compartment from driver’s seat and I have long arms. The second row seats do not lay flat, so they obstruct trying to look backwards. Cruise control with radar is nice. The fact that a gear shift is still present and headlight and windshield wipers haven’t changed much is great.

Always great service here, if buying or getting your vehicle service. I love my Kia Sportage.
2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

Parkway Toyota of BostonReviews
Parkway Toyota of Boston review
On April 30th, 2021 I had an appointment at Prime Toyota for a humming sound I heard when I turn the steering wheel. At 6 am. I parked my car and left the keys in the dropoff box. Came back and pickup the car not checking the entire car. As soon as I got home with the car I noticed the right passenger side had dents and scratches. I called Prime and the call went to voice mail. My mistake one i never check the car before leaving the dealership and second when I call back I was very frustrated and didn't leave a message. I called the next morning and spoke with Lacey DaRose who told me to bring the car in. I drove all the way to Prime Toyota West Roxbury. Lacey went and spoke with the Fixed Ops Director Malinda Burgos who spoke to me like was stupid telling me she's not arguing. She then told me she would fix the car and gave me a rental within a week, I told her to put it in writing and she wrote on one of her business cards and gave it to me.Here's my intake on all this, You never inconvenience a customer. She should have taken the car the same day to have it fixed and gave me a car . She told me to give her a week to call and let me know when a rental will be available . A week for me is a liftime especially the incident happen right there at the dealership. I gave her 3 business days. I called on the third business day and left her a messages she never called back. I was very upset the forth day and drove up to Prime Toyota, and met Alwin customer relations at the new Parkway Toyota and he made my day. I told him what had happened and he took care of the problem right away. He took my car and have it sent to the body shop and gave me a rental. Also Jason DaSilver both gentlemen were awesome and I honestly had no intention of going back to this dealership until I met these professional men. I just want to say thank you to Alwin from customer Relations and Jason Dasilver for such great customer service and your my only reason for going back to this dealership. Your both truly remarkable. Thanks so much!

Sales guy Jhon was very enthusiastic and helped us buy the car we wanted. He also helped us with all the procedures and secured a good price. Thank you. The accountant was also very good and patiently helped us organize our cash. As we decided to buy a car in full, we provided a lot of small denomination banknotes. She patiently answered my questions and helped us count the banknotes. Thank you.
