2020 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
Only 2 items that need to be addressed is the volume control the navigation system plus headlights are not good for night driving. As of December 2022 I drove all around the USA putting on 60,000 miles on my 2020 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. Love and enjoyed driving this Great Product.

2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I have purchased my last two used cars from this dealership and I’m happy with how everything went. I was in and out in just a couple of hours both times. They provide a hassle-free, easy experience and get right down to business. Bottom line, I got a great deal on my trade-in, they gave me a lower interest rate than my trusted bank did, and they were not pushy in the least. Another huge plus is that the dealership seemed really scrupulous about safety protocols and keeping things clean among this Covid crisis. They wiped down the keys every time they handed them to me, they wore masks, and the Finance Manager had a glass screen in front of his desk. I felt safe there.
2016 Honda Odyssey review
Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. To my own mishap of making the wrong assumptions to an otherwise 5-star experience. For new car buyers, please read your paperwork carefully and never assume. With all things considered, I would give my experience purchasing my new Corolla at Mossy a 3.5-star. The experience was positive because: 1/ My sales rep Cliff (1) kindly provided me a ride from a nearby car rental to their dealership, (2) was willing to readjust our appointment, (3) offered me a fair price and interest rate, which is greatly appreciated. 2/ The moment I walked in the dealership, I was immediately attended by this lady (sorry I don’t know your name) who was very kind and lovely. It made me feel at ease and well-respected. The process could have been more stress-free and pleasant if Mossy: 1/ Had a comprehensive inventory of cars readily available for test drive, finish the paperwork, and take the car all in one-visit. 2/ If more than a visit is needed, I would appreciate if Mossy can share the warranty & optional add-ons in advance instead of having me made the decision right on the spot. Even though the outcome likely be the same (me purchasing a valid, truly cost-saving security + warranty package plan), the means used to reach that end are worlds apart. Whenever I was forced with a “limited time offer” or “only this time offer,” it’s hard for me to feel confident in deciding because I did not feel prepared. The experience would have been a 4.5 or close to a 5-star if I was not put under such unnecessary stress which can be easily avoided/ minimized if the information is offered (either via phone calls or emails) days in advance. For something that was listed as below: Individual plan: Security system, $720 5Y/55K warranty, $1605 Package plan: Security system + 5Y/55K warranty, $1655 It would have been a much more positive experience if Tom EXPLICITLY clarified that despite the security system and the 5Y/55K warranty were individually listed as $720 and $1600, respectively, when they were bundled together, please DO NOT ASSUME that the security system is now only $50, with the 5Y/55K warranty stays refundable at $1605. I wanted to sign something that I actually agreed to (security system for $50 + 5Y/55K warranty for refundable $1600), not something I thought I agreed to but turned out to be falsely misunderstood (security system for $1030 + 5Y/55K warranty for refundable $625) and later consoled that it is still a pretty good plan. 3/ Avoid using multiple thus confusing abbreviations like TSRP, MSRP, DSRP, SRP. Confusion >>> distrust >>> negative experience >>> negative review, zero referrals, or clients never coming back.

2025 Toyota Sienna review
The center console is too high and big. I can hardly reach the glove compartment from driver’s seat and I have long arms. The second row seats do not lay flat, so they obstruct trying to look backwards. Cruise control with radar is nice. The fact that a gear shift is still present and headlight and windshield wipers haven’t changed much is great.

2020 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.

2018 Honda Odyssey review
This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

2022 Chrysler Voyager review
The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

2015 Honda Odyssey review

2023 Toyota Sienna review
Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

2023 Honda Odyssey review
Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

My only concern is that I cannot figure out why my car keeps turning off when I’m driving it. I’ve been close to having an accident several times because I’m driving and all of a sudden the steering wheel locks and the engine shuts down. Very dangerous
