We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Our experience was great right from beginning. Everyone was very pleasant and inviting not pushy. We were referred to Mr. Rocky and he was not only about the business but truly kind and making sure we were respected and not overwhelmed, while trying to make sure we’re were a good fit for this purchase. This is the greatest car I have ever laid my eyes upon. The interior, the color palette, and the sight of the car left me in awe. It even has apple car play.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

I purchased a used Avalanche after shopping online. The sales staff were upfront on their process and low pressure. No surprises and happy with my purchase which was priced fairly.

Only 2 items that need to be addressed is the volume control the navigation system plus headlights are not good for night driving. As of December 2022 I drove all around the USA putting on 60,000 miles on my 2020 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. Love and enjoyed driving this Great Product.

I have gone to no one else for service on my 2016 Town & Country van. Their customer service skills are unprecedented, even compared to customer skills of yesteryear!! They don't over-sell repairs. They check your vehicle according to the maintenance manual and make you aware of issues.... with no pressure to repair said issues! My next vehicle will be purchased from them!

These guys were courteous and did a great job. They got me in right on schedule. The repairs were done within the time estimate.

Shane & his fellow workers have the best customer skills around, especially during a time customer service is almost non-existent. Their body shop, mechanic's and sales persons are top notch. Not pushy, but very informative. I've had 20 years experience with them.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Sales staff was great, went above and beyond our expectations. The Charger we bought was in excellent condition, almost looked new, with brand new tires and brakes. Financing was better than what I could get at my own credit union. We were in and out with our "new" Charger in under an hour. Thank you to all who helped us at Luther Used Car Company!!

We are Sienna fans! We've had a 2004 and now a 2014. We like the comfortable ride, intuitive controls, great visibility and the awesome reliability.

We always enjoy going to Luther Mazda Brookdale service. The scheduling is easy, check-in is efficient and the service techs are friendly and helpful. We never feel forced to have something done and they let us know what is upcoming so that we can be prepared.

I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

Josh Hartigan had absolutely terrible customer service. You should absolutely try to avoid him. He was incredibly rude during the entire financial process. It seemed like he was upset I didn't take his loan insurance offer that would give him commission. I expected Luther Toyota to hire better employees for a more friendly experience. Cheer up Josh, come on. Dave Thomas was a great guy! I loved my experience with him, and he made the process very smooth. I got the car that I liked and he didn't try to sell me anything extra on top. Class act. Superb service. Friendly guy. Bottom line: ask for Dave, avoid Josh.

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

We bought a 4 year old vehicle, which was in great condition but had an unexpected mechanical issue within the first few weeks. It ended up being a costly, substantial repair. Without any push back, Rudy Luther’s Toyota stood behind the warranty with integrity and great customer service. Everyone we dealt with was respectful and professional. They took what started as an issue that really concerned us and made it right! Even though we live 85 miles away from the dealership, we plan on buying our next vehicles from them. They’ve earned our trust!

I love the car but why oh why would you not put a key operated cargo opening! This Back hatch is so heavy! I didn’t even look at the lack of that feature when I bought the car. One would assume it would be there at this price point.

Purchased a new 2024 Toyota GR Corolla from Rudy Luther. This was a positive experience. I knew there was little chance to go slow MSRP on a new Circuit Edition, but the dealership did not ask for more than MSRP, and have me a fair price for my 2014 Prius. Good transaction.

I test drove this van after having three other Toyota siennas that all performed very well. What I don’t like about this van is the center consul takes up too much room. The third row side windows do not open and since I sleep in my van, sometimes on a bed in the back, with my head near those windows, I can’t get as much fresh air as I did with all the other Sienna’s I had. The second row seats are supposed to not be able to be taken out, but I found a YouTube video that shows that you can take them out . I know it gets great gas mileage.

We just purchased a Toyota Sienna and had an excellent experience at Rudy Luther! True to his word, he called us as soon as it was available, which was a good thing since someone else was interested and arrived just before us to test drive the car. Apparently as soon as the car became available several sales people, including Kris, were driving up to the warehouse to pick it up for viewing. We’re grateful for his quick action and communication so we were the second to view the car and decided to purchase it. It was easy to work with Luther to arrange financing we were satisfied with and they went the extra mile to make sure the car was clean and prepped when we picked it up. I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

I have been driving my new Sienna LE for a year now. I have a long commute to work so I have been happy with the gas mileage especially since gas is well over $4.50 a gallon. The ride is comfortable though I do wish the driver seat had more functions. The only real issue I have had with the van is the braking glitch when slowing down. The van kind of slides when the brake is hit. This does not happen all the time. But the first time it happened it felt scary. I will bring that up next time I take the van for service. Other than that I have had good customer service at the Toyota dealership. I am sorry I do not have the automatic button for the rear door, it is very heavy and when you have your hands full it is hard to pull the door down. I previously had a Ford van and the door was not heavy at all. I do like the Sienna a lot though.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

I was in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and from the start Ryan Pettit, a sales specialist there, was on top of things. I initially received a personalized video acknowledging that they received my inquiry. I was able to communicate back and forth with questions and Ryan put up with this for about a week and a half. I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.
