Great service. Professional staff. Questions answered to our satisfaction. Overall a great experience and we will be returning Very clean showroom. Comfortable waiting area This is our 8th vehicle from our salesman
2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
This is the perfect van for traveling. It is comfortable and there is plenty of room for luggage. This is one of the few vehicles that has enough legroom for my husband in the passenger seat. He is 6'5". It is large enough that I can hold my own on the interstate. Would of kept this one except we were interested in a hybrid.

They were a bit backed up when I dropped off my car, but once they were able to look at it, the turnaround was fast and the repair was very well done. Nice people and easy to work with! They handled the Silver Rock insurance for me, and did a great job overall. :)

Grand Blanc NissanReviews
Grand Blanc Nissan review
My husband and I had an excellent experience at Grand Blanc Nissan. We had been looking at a variety of cars at various dealerships, but all other dealerships paled in comparison to GB Nissan. Immediately welcomed by friendly faces, ready and willing to hear any and all requests. The entire team was willing to do whatever it took to hit our vehicle goals and price points. We worked directly with Arturo and Don, who were incredibly accommodating and honest, answering all questions and concerns, going above and beyond to help guide us to make the best and most informed decision. GB Nissan genuinely cares about their people and puts their customers above the sale. We were greeted like old friends by Harold and felt very comfortable and confident with the process as explained by Cal. We walked away with a 2019 SV all wheel drive black Nissan Rogue, perfect for our growing family. Thank you, GB Nissan!!

2015 Dodge Grand Caravan review
Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

2010 Chrysler Town & Country review
My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.

Garber Chevrolet Saginaw review
While I haven't bought from them, yet, simply inquiring about a car was such a smooth process. They responded to my inquiry within the hour and were clear and honest about where the truck I was looking at was. While the truck I was looking for was sold, they asked for my preferences (offering to pull inventory from 5 lots) while promising to keep me in the loop regarding trade ins or auction cars brought in. Super friendly and excellent service

This is the 2nd car my husband and i have bought from Darwin and I couldnt be happier. I LOVE my 26 traverse!
2024 Kia Carnival review
Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Bill was extremely responsive and very helpful. I switched to Dick Scott Motor Mall because I wasn’t getting the responsiveness I expected from the dealer I typically use. I really appreciated all the work Bill put in to make this deal happen.

LaFontaine Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM FentonReviews
LaFontaine Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Fenton review
????? I had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2022 Wagoneer from LaFontaine in Fenton, Michigan. I drove over four hours to visit the dealership and had appointments scheduled at three other dealerships to look at similar vehicles. After working with Greg, I truly felt like I received the family treatment. I was specifically looking for a vehicle that would meet the needs of my senior dog, with captain's chairs and easy entry and exit for our frequent trips between Michigan and Florida. Greg took the time to listen to what I needed and showed me several vehicles to make sure I found the right fit. He was never pushy, was patient, calm, and genuinely wanted to help me make the best decision. That made the entire buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Greg and the LaFontaine team in Fenton to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you for making the long drive worth it! Dawn, Remington & Truman.

Serra Auto Campus review
I am a widow who does not know much about cars—they were my under husband’s purview. I have so valued the consistent, reliable, competent, efficient service from Serra Mercedes. Most recently, Ken who was my service rep and Austyn was my service tech. They both hit the ball out of the park. They educated me, made suggestions, and outlined options…..and then enacted our agreements in a professional and timely manner. And both were superbly kind.
2018 Honda Odyssey review
This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Mentor NissanReviews
Mentor Nissan review
It is always daunting shopping for cars. Domenic who has over a decade of sales experience did not seem like a shady salesman. He really put us at ease and gave us space to look at cars. He didn’t take advantage of our openness with our budget and he along with Danny really worked hard so that my daughter could walk out with the car she wanted, a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Sentra at her budgeted price. They didn’t get upset when they found out we didn’t need financing but really worked to meet our budget. You could see that they cared for us as a Customer and were very friendly and not overpowering. I highly recommend this dealership and plan to recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle. I can’t express what a relief it was to be heard. Domenic has a great personality and will work hard to get you in the car of your dreams. Best car shopping experience! Will definitely shop here for my next car!
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.
