2024 Honda Odyssey review
Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

I have been very happy with the service team since then. And now I wanted to upgrade my drive to an Outlander. I worked with Darien Ivery who was very personable and knowledgeable about the Outlander and answered all my questions and walked me through the buying process which was very straightforward. Also allowed me to take a couple of Outlanders for test drives. Also worked with Jim the credit manager to close the deal. He also was personable and put me at ease during all the forms requiring my initials and signatures. OVERALL, I give Darien and Biggers Mitsubishi an 11 out of 10. And look forward to working with them in the future.
2022 Kia Carnival review
AMAZING MPV!! Bought 2022 SX Prestige with captain chairs in May 2021. Had 175,000 miles and drove like new. Only did Oil changes/tire rotations and filters (easy to change by yourself) and new tires 2x and a new battery at 150k was all I had to Maintenance. Was very spacious for up to 4 adults but too small for 7 adults. My last one was a total loss but would love another one. Was awesome in snow with all weather tires.

After recently having a terrible car-buying experience where I was taken advantage of and ended up with a lemon, I was extremely cautious about trusting another dealership. As a single woman shopping for a car, it can feel overwhelming trying to determine who is being honest and who truly has your best interests in mind. When I found the vehicle I really wanted, I hesitated because the dealership?Arlington Nissan in Illinois?was out of state. I spent nearly two months continuing to search for other options, but nothing compared. Eventually I decided to take the chance and make the trip to see the car in person. From the moment I arrived, the experience was reassuring. Alex Reiss, the salesperson who helped me, was professional, respectful, and refreshingly straightforward. Even though he?s a younger guy, he handled the entire process with confidence and integrity. He listened to my concerns about my past experience and made it clear that this time things would be handled differently. Alex answered all of my questions, provided the reports I requested, and explained the 6-month Certified Select warranty, which helped give me peace of mind. Because of how transparent and helpful he was, I felt comfortable enough to move forward and purchase the car that same day. The experience in the finance office was just as positive. Dominic walked me through the paperwork carefully and made sure everything was clearly explained. I really appreciated that he didn?t pressure me into unnecessary add-ons or try to slip in extra warranties or fees. The process was honest and straightforward. Before taking the car home, the dealership also addressed a few service items I wanted looked at and completed a full detail. Kiah in the service department kept me informed about what was being done and when the vehicle would be ready. When I returned to pick it up, the car looked fantastic?honestly like it had just come off the showroom floor. The service team clearly took the time to make sure everything was done right. 2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. 2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Mark also said that if there was any problem, question that I had regarding the car, I could bring it back and he would take care of it Unfortunately I did have to take the car back, He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and fixed it the same day. Mark stood behind the sale. My experience with Mark at 88 Motors was awesome. This is a business that I am telling everyone about.
2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
This is the perfect van for traveling. It is comfortable and there is plenty of room for luggage. This is one of the few vehicles that has enough legroom for my husband in the passenger seat. He is 6'5". It is large enough that I can hold my own on the interstate. Would of kept this one except we were interested in a hybrid.

2017 Toyota Sienna review
I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

2016 Honda Odyssey review
Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

2025 Toyota Sienna review
The center console is too high and big. I can hardly reach the glove compartment from driver’s seat and I have long arms. The second row seats do not lay flat, so they obstruct trying to look backwards. Cruise control with radar is nice. The fact that a gear shift is still present and headlight and windshield wipers haven’t changed much is great.
