Lexus of LouisvilleReviews
Lexus of Louisville review
I have to say, buying a new vehicle has never been this enjoyable! From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care — and that made all the difference. Khol, my salesman, was absolutely phenomenal. He took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for, never once making me feel pressured or rushed. His knowledge of the vehicles was impressive, and he walked me through every feature and option with patience and enthusiasm. Khol has a natural ability to make you feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. He made the selection process fun, stress-free, and exciting — exactly how buying a new vehicle should feel! Once we moved into the finance office, Jeanni continued that same incredible experience. She was thorough, transparent, and incredibly easy to work with. Jeanni explained every detail of the paperwork clearly and made sure I fully understood everything before signing. There were no surprises, no confusing fine print — just honest, straightforward communication. Her warm personality and efficiency turned what is typically the most stressful part of the car-buying process into a completely smooth and comfortable experience. Together, Khol and Jeanni are a dream team. Their professionalism, positivity, and dedication to the customer created an experience I will not soon forget. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I cannot recommend them highly enough. This was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I will absolutely be returning — and sending everyone I know their way! 10 out of 10 — thank you, Khol and Jeanni!

2022 Kia Carnival review
AMAZING MPV!! Bought 2022 SX Prestige with captain chairs in May 2021. Had 175,000 miles and drove like new. Only did Oil changes/tire rotations and filters (easy to change by yourself) and new tires 2x and a new battery at 150k was all I had to Maintenance. Was very spacious for up to 4 adults but too small for 7 adults. My last one was a total loss but would love another one. Was awesome in snow with all weather tires.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

2016 Honda Odyssey review
Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

2021 Honda Odyssey review
Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

Mike's Car StoreReviews
Mike's Car Store review
I can’t thank mike enough. Not only did he make this by far the best auto purchase I have done (I’ve bought somewhere around 15 vehicles in the last 4 years) but he went well above and beyond any expectations I would have had. From the first contact where he was very responsive and throughout the process being I love on the other side of the country. He addressed every concern I had and even removed the previous owners wrap for no charge, even with the knowledge that if there was something hidden underneath that I wouldn’t have completed the purchase, so he truly took a risk. Then when it came to delivery of the vehicle my fiancée and I decided to fly out and drive the vehicle back and mike offered and did pick us up at the airport which was approximately 20-30 minutes away at 5am on a Saturday. Once we arrived at the dealership I was pleasantly surprised to see that the car was stored inside away from the snow, and he even filled the gas tank completely(while small it meant so much for the small details). Now I purchased the car with just over 60,000 miles on it on Saturday now today it sits with over 63,000 miles and preformed a cross country trip with no issues. I can not recommend mikes car store enough weather you are local or not.
2021 Honda Odyssey review
The only thing that I would say I do not love are some of the mitigation features that at times take away the control of the drive. We had one experience where it was a potential hazard. Apart from that we love the vehicle and the dealership that sold it to us.

2016 Dodge Grand Caravan review
The Dodge Grand caravan 2016 R/T is a unique and safe vehicle. All it needs is care and attention. If you change oil on time and do not allow any fluid to run low your chances of having a long lasting vehicle is truly good. Maintenance is the key.

2020 Honda Odyssey review
I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years, with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

2022 Honda Odyssey review
The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

2019 Honda Odyssey review
My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

The service was great. I was in and out in an hour. The people are so nice. That’s why I keep going back for service each time I need it, even though I could go to a place 10 minutes from my house.

My second chevy express van. Really like how reliable these vans are and built in USA! Good van for hauling also. Not bad on gas

Driving Xcellence LLCReviews
Driving Xcellence LLC review
I have been planning a cross country road trip for a while and when I realized my car was in no shape to travel from Kentucky to California and back I was crushed! Until… Driving Xcellence saved the day! I was able to trade in my 2013 ford escape for a 2020 ford escape in a seamless process with clear instructions and information. Florin and Lucia also went above and beyond to help me understand the trade in policies so I could advocate for myself when the DMV was going to charge me $800 in tax during the registration process. After a few conversation, I paid the correct difference which was under $100! The staff truly went above and beyond to help me with my car registration. In addition, they gave me some tips on how to check my oil level, how to change my washer fluid, and how to check my tire pressure. With my new car I traveled 20,000 miles visiting 15 different national parks, 10 major cities, and made memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you Driving Xcellence!
2008 Toyota Sienna review
Own a 2004 with over 330,000 miles. It just keeps running. As a landlord, I use it somewhat like a truck, it holds tools in the rear. Can transport 4x8 sheets of drywall and plywood with some shuffling. Hauled 1200 lbs of concrete bags behind the front row seats many times. I use the 3rd row for passengers. Have removed the second row and never replaced them. Change the oil every 5Kmi because that interval is easy to remember. And the typical timing belt and water pump (while exposed) every 100K. Just let the dealer do the brakes, they last years and don't wobble. Of course the automatic doors gave out at 200K, but you kind of expect that. They still work manually. A few strange items like a steering rack at 150K and vent window hinge gave out around then. And the drivers seat heater gave up. The problem is that this van is so good, I really hate to replace it. It's a good problem to have. I'm not hauling concrete in a brand new $50,000 Sienna.

I purchased a 2018 BMW 650i Gran Coupe sight-unseen from the dealership. My sales consultant Jacob Rymond made the process an stress-free one. Jacob went out of his way to send me photos and videos of the car. He even FaceTimed with me and did a full walk around so I could see every inch of the car. He went above and beyond to complete the contract, coordinate shipping and process the DMV paperwork. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership and specifically Jacob Rymond. Thank you for everything!
2011 Honda Odyssey review
The ride is smooth and is specifically made to be a family car. The only issue is it’s slow 0-60 second acceleration at about 8.3 seconds but that’s not really what the car was made for, just wish it could go a little quicker. Compared this with the Toyota Sienna is that the Sienna is slightly a bit quicker. However, the Odyssey has way better styling and in my personal opinion one of the nicest minivans you could get back in the 2010s.

Very open and honest dealer. Will definitely go back to purchase another. All of the cars have great service history and he is open about the defects.
2017 Toyota Sienna review
I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

Love our new car, but wasn’t told the CD player didn’t work .( info was not listed anywhere ) After purchasing the car we contacted them and were told they would not fix it. So my advice is shop there, but check everything carefully and ask questions.

2025 Toyota Sienna review
The center console is too high and big. I can hardly reach the glove compartment from driver’s seat and I have long arms. The second row seats do not lay flat, so they obstruct trying to look backwards. Cruise control with radar is nice. The fact that a gear shift is still present and headlight and windshield wipers haven’t changed much is great.
