The van gets great fuel economy. Very easy to drive and comfortable on long distance trips. Lots if safety features that add value. Entertainment system and internet access options make it very convenient.

Only 2 items that need to be addressed is the volume control the navigation system plus headlights are not good for night driving. As of December 2022 I drove all around the USA putting on 60,000 miles on my 2020 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. Love and enjoyed driving this Great Product.

I love the quiet electric only driving around town. Same with the ease of stowing the rear seats and removing the middle seats. This allows full 4'x8' sheets of construction materials to lay flat. The two major competitors don't do this! The stop&go adaptive cruise control works great. Charging is no hassle. Haven't used any gas since bringing it home. Seats comfortable (no long hauls yet).

I had been looking for weeks trying to find the right truck for me. After finding MY truck at Hillsboro Auto Mart, I then compared the price, mileage and condition to other trucks within a 200 mile radius. What I found was that I could NOT touch another vehicle with similar mileage, condition and features for less than or equal to the price advertised here. So, If you find the vehicle you like on their lot, just buy it.

Very much like the Pacifica, but the radio system is terrible. The android auto system is terrible. Would not recommend the system. Sometimes works than it doesn't. You get messages with NO explanation of the meaning nor how to manage the system. Switches betweenb audio programs w/o notic. Android Auto system is hit and miss. Like the veh except for the terrible audio system.

I seek it out. Since the corona virus hit, there were very little inventory on new ones. I looke3d around and to no avail. One dealer called me and said that she has a 2019 Metris with only under 400 miles that they use for customers to drive around the lot. I liked it because it fits my needs. I gave up a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 truck for it. I miss my big boy but no regrets.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

I am so glad someone told me to visit Ferman when looking for a new truck. I visited several GMC dealerships and Ferman far exceeded all the competition within 200 miles. I am on my third Grand Carvan. It has a little over 40,000 miles. This is my third carvan. Have a handicap son was reason I bought it. I am very happy with it. I feel it will be my last, s I turned 85 on Tuesday.

I used to own a full minivan that I didn't really want to give up until I tried and purchased this Mazda 5. It is very comfortable for up to 6 people although I've been driving it mostly alone the past four years. It is much larger inside than we think, it can carry large/long items (e.g. 6 ft ladder, road bike, table with chairs), yet it maneuvers and parks like a car. It has completely met my needs and had no technical issues.

I have to give this dealership 5 stars for the service they provide. However, it is a bit disheartening to watch their employees be chastised and belittled when it doesn't appear to be anyone around. Their service department has some world class advisors, mine included. They also have one of the brightest smiles I've seen as their cashier. This young lady is poised, beautiful, kind hearted and seemingly always engulfed in paperwork yet never too busy to spark up a lovely conversation or share a smile from across the lobby. She and her coworker both seem to work wonderfully together, they are always smiling with each other when I'm there. The past few times I've been in, I've sadly witness 2 different ladies, on 2 different occasions, who were less than pleasant with their staff. At first, I thought itwas just a bad day for them but I've witnessed this multiple times now and I cannot hold it in my heart anymore. I am a retired business owner who loved hiring in young talent because they are the face of all of our futures. If we treat them like the way these older ladies were treating these ladies, they will learn to have hatred in their hearts. Ladies at the cashier desk, if i were still open for business, I would have snatched you immediately. You are shining stars and deserve to be treated as such. Remember, when someone is unkind, it's not a reflection of you, it's a reflection of themselves. Keep shining, keep smiling. Cannot wait to see those smiles again next time I come in.

The gas motor is outstanding, features are amazing and very safe. The entire van is very well engineered for ease of use and great features.

This vehicle is very fun to drive for a commercial service vehicle. It is very sharp and handles very well. We love the cameras for backing up and parking. 360 degree view around the vehicle. This will be much safer than our RAM.

We have had our Carnival for a few weeks now and we are loving it! The only complaint i have is we have the seat package and the middle seats are a little hard for the kids to slide up and back into position. The new stile of the dash and controls is very user friendly.

Very versatile with room for 7 or fold down the seat and have room to haul almost anything. I've only ever had to do routine maintenance. Nothing has ever broken on this car.

There has always been a little confusion on the location of the accelerator and the brake pedal. Sometimes I think they’re too close together and sometimes the foot slips off of the brake pedal and hits the accelerator which is dangerous.
