2018 Subaru Forester review
Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

I had been searching for a Unicorn for over two years. I found it at United Imports! I live in Virginia and put a nonrefundable deposit on a 2010 BMW 650i, sight unseen. I rented a car (one way rental!) and drove to Jacksonville, trusting Mike and Ron, and that I would be buying said vehicle...I know, I know...sounds stupid/naive. I had been looking at the same model in all surrounding states to Virginia so I knew what to expect in terms of cosmetic appearance. I wanted a "one-owner" vehicle, driven/owned in the south to avoid salted roads, garaged, low miles, and all service records at a BMW dealership demonstrating proper maintenance, and no accidents. I of course wanted a fair price and was willing to pay a fair price for the right vehicle (CarGurus is helpful to evaluate pricing). I was upfront, frank and honest with Ron and Mike. They in return were the same. I have had the car three days and drove it from Jacksonville to Tampa, Tampa to Atlanta, then Atlanta to Virginia. I was initially a bit dubious about trusting an 11 year old car for such a long trip but I was not disappointed. The interior is super clean but there are more paint and rim cosmetic issues than I would like which I knew that upfront (therefore the 3 stars on "Quality of Repairs"), but I would not place cosmetic issues higher in importance than having competent/correct/trustworthy mechanicals...and so far the mechanicals seem to be dependable. Mike gave me a detailed description of the inspection and work done on the vehicle...all appropriate and expected for this model and its age. I found Mike and Ron super easy to work with, very responsive, honest, direct, and supportive as I am working through a few hiccups in follow up (Bluetooth passcode, SOS error code, one malfunctioning seat warmer). This car had an original sticker over $96,000 in 2010. To be able to drive my Unicorn off the lot for under $15,000 was magical :-) Like I said, it has only been a few days since I purchased my Unicorn and I have an appointment at the BMW dealership next week, so I will remain optimistic that everything will check out as promised/expected.
2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I have never owned a Mercedes-Benz I’ve always owned a BMW. I have to say I really love this vehicle. It rides smooth, the seats are very comfortable, it has so many functions for a 2010, I was extremely surprised. The color of the vehicle was listed as arctic white however it’s more of a cream color vehicle. If I could change the color I most likely would. But it’s still very beautiful. The vehicle only had 13,562 miles. The interior looks and smells brand new. The exterior is extremely designed well. It’s a beautiful car. I’ve only driven it one day because I’ve only had it one day. As time goes on I will then be able to make an accurate review. My younger sister will purchase my vehicle if I choose to sell.

2020 Nissan Altima review
I’ve owned a lot of vehicles over the years, and this 2020 Altima SL truly stands out for its balance of comfort, technology, reliability, and value. The SL trim gives it a premium feel inside — heated seats, heated steering wheel, power driver seat, and a power moonroof make it comfortable year-round. The ride is smooth and quiet, and the 2.5 engine delivers excellent fuel economy while still having plenty of power for highway driving. Ryan Esloon, service tech, explained all to me re oil change and brake fluid etc. Very impressed with how he treated me. And I requested to have him again Sept 4 2018. Again the same wonderful treatment. Honda is really lucky to have him. He explained all to me and came again, because my tires were not good. My Accord is 2007, so not a surprise. I had 4 Michelin tires and feel really safe driving now. Thank you so much for Ryan--Again He is AWESOME!!!
2021 Honda Accord review
I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

2018 Ford F-150 review
Eight years in my Ford truck. I love it. I looked at GM trucks (Chevy & GMC), still nowhere nears as comfortable as a Ford. Yes I’ve had all the known issues but carried warranties for my truck so transmission has been overhauled. Cam phasers twice (Covered by Ford one and Warranty 2nd time). Just overhauled the front end (bushings, control arm assembly, etc…). Truck still runs like new and rides even better now than when I bought, she is finally broken in and I love my truck. For taller drivers like me, Ford is way to go. Ford has more cabin space than any other truck out there. Ford trucks have the best styling and more towing capacity than anything else in the mkt. Next truck will either be a Raptor or F-250 super duty.

2010 Lexus ES 350 review
Purchased 2010 ES350 with 65000 miles 4 years ago. I did my research in advance and now fully agree with the “bulletproof” qualities often used by owners who describe this vehicle. I have adhered to factory-schedule maintenance, however, not performed by a Lexus dealer. Rather, an ASE-certified shop who know Lexus/Toyotas. I now have 125k on the clock and have spent about $1,200 in non-maintenance repairs. Specifically, oxygen sensors et.al. 31 MPG highway, 25 around town. 2017 Subaru Outback review
I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

2017 BMW X3 review
STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! 2003 Acura MDX review
Iv owned my 2003 mdx for about 7 years now! Bought used for $4,800 private party. With 145,000 miles. It now is at 198,000 but it’s been parked for 2 -3years now cause it had broke down finally the harmonic balancer separated and the pulley flew off !! while I was parked luckily. So towed it home didn’t have the money to fix at the time and didn’t have money to non op. Now it fixed but still not driving cause $1000 back fees.. anyways other than that great car except the electric crap my xxx Warmer was glowing and burned my bum 1 morning going to work so I pulled the fuse to both seats. Also my gps monitor went blank 1 day and never came back with maps. Great reliable car otherwise. Why I still hold onto it cause I know she is a trooper. Just need to pay registration..

2024 Mitsubishi Outlander review
Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

2019 Mitsubishi Outlander review
I have owned my Mitsubishi Outlander since 2018 and all I’ve done was buy a battery, tires and brakes and she still gets 35 miles per gallon on gas. I’m afraid to touch it under the hood and only lifted it for window washer fluid and oil changes. I totally love this car. I will buy another one but it will be a 2019 and P.S. I can hold 4 35X12.50X 20LT tires when back seats are down. Best SUV sleeper by far without the expensive prices of Toyota and Honda!!! Buy, Buy, Buy!!!

2025 Lexus ES 350 review
Traded in 7 year old vehicle. Purposely held off evaluation for 3-4 weeks to get a "feel" for this new car. Some aggravating things. 1.) Doors either have to be locked via fob, or pushing a dimple on door handle...(My 7 year old truck...doors locked automatically on walking away). 2.) On setting seat position, & then turning engine on, one has to push button on door everytime. 3.) A/C...no switch to shut A/C compressor off..only fan...(so is A/C compressor running all the time??....if so- life span shortened...4.) On refill of fuel tank & rest of "trip" mileage, no indication of average miles per gallon

All were very courteous, the place was clean and well organized. Never felt pressured about anything. Never felt like we were being bamboozled. The only down side is how long it just naturally takes to buy a car.
