I think most of people here have not driven a Macan 3.6 Turbo engine with 400+ HP. This car is amazing you can't compare this one with other lower Macan models. this is the one to have.. We owned several Porsches including Cayennes turboS. This is a compact daily driving machine with Lot's of power and is fully loaded. The turbos 3.6 cost over $100K after taxes for a reason , Please don't compare this model with other low built Porsches for middle class, this is a High End Vehicle for a reason ...maybe the same as compare the Boxer with a 911 Turbo S.

I owned my Macan S since new. The fun factor is there in the drive and how it handles like a smaller car like a Mini Cooper. It saved me with the automatic braking that comes with automatic cruise control. One thing to keep watch is the transfer case. Google Macan S transfer case and you will see. I got my transfer case changed under warranty. You will notice a slippage on start up. It is not normal, it is the symptom of the transfer case going. I do my own oil changes and is quite easy to do. Red 14 way seats do come at a premium. Overall it is a fun car to own and drive.

I thought a Cayenne Turbo drove well, then I tried this. very reliable, shifts lightning fast, mileage is not the best. It handles excellent, stops on a dime. 0-60 in 4.2 seconds. Not much else can beat it. The resale is 53.3%, while a 4 Runner is 58%. Look for the loaded models, that come with air suspension, 18 way seats, pano roof, sport exhaust, and Sports Plus. I suggest you pick one up ASAP.
