The 2015 Honda pilot I purchased had its blemishes which was too be expected, and all Ernie would say when I pointed something out was “Oh. no problem we will take care of that!” Not that I haven’t heard this before but they did take care of EVERYTHING, This vehicle looked brand new when they were done with it! Henri and the rest of the team at Pappa’s were excellent to deal with when purchasing my 2014 Challenger. They explained everything that was going to happen with my transfer to NH which went smoothly. There was some dirt on the car when I came to pick it up and very little gas in it, but Henri realized those problems and fixed them immediately so we could drive back to NH. It was a great experience.

My first Cayenne S was a 2004, which we loved - this is a tremendous upgrade in every aspect. The 2019 is terrific in every detail!

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

Looking for a car for a 60 y/o successful, self employed financial executive. Who happens to be my wife. Looking at and test ruding; Lexus RX350, Audi Q5, Lincoln Nautilus, BMW X3 not beibg very impressed with these cars, especially at price point and commonality. Hopped in a Macan at Porsche Dealership, never looked back. Terrific handling and performing vehicle. Style, quality and hugh FUN FACTOR!!! Maybe not as big or roomy as the other vehicles, maybe missing a bit of the "U" in SUV....but after all we're talking about a PORSCHE here, a true high performing sports car by one of the greatest race car manufacturer of all time! Lots of good quality luxury SUVs in this category. But then theres the Porsche Macan in a class by itself. You wont be dissapointed and look forward to getting up every morning to head out for the pure joy of the ride!

I think most of people here have not driven a Macan 3.6 Turbo engine with 400+ HP. This car is amazing you can't compare this one with other lower Macan models. this is the one to have.. We owned several Porsches including Cayennes turboS. This is a compact daily driving machine with Lot's of power and is fully loaded. The turbos 3.6 cost over $100K after taxes for a reason , Please don't compare this model with other low built Porsches for middle class, this is a High End Vehicle for a reason ...maybe the same as compare the Boxer with a 911 Turbo S.

I want to Thank Matt and all the people at Motorcar West. My 88 year old mother and sister fell in love with a Pt Cruiser on their lot. We bought it. The car needed some repairs. Matt gave my sister a car to use while their car was fixed. They didn't want my mom to be sitting there waiting. The car was repaired and my family is very happy. One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

We bought a 2019 Dodge Ram from this dealership and I can’t find the words to express how great they all were. Nobody chased us around the lot and there was no pushing us to buy. I highly reccomend purchasing from them. I won’t hesitate to buy from them again.

I love my Porsche Macan S. The twin turbo sounds great while delivering fuel efficient power and reliability in the same vehicle. I would buy another again and again!

I was in for my scheduled appointment and met with service rep Joe. He explained what services would be performed and answered all of my questions completely. Showed me to my loaner vehicle. Told me that my vehicle would be ready by 4:00pm - and if he called and said it was ready at 3:00pm. Overall a positive experience.
