Kunes Hyundai of SycamoreReviews
Kunes Hyundai of Sycamore review
My wife and I experienced a serious overheating problem in our Santa Fe while driving from our home in Kansas City to Chicago. We found Kunes Hyundai online and were blown away by the superior service they offered. Kyle served as our service advisor, and he went above and beyond to take care of us. He patiently explained the problem, told us they had to order a part, and promised the vehicle would be done by Tuesday. When I left the facility, Kyle said he was on the phone trying to work a little magic to get the part sooner. I don't know who he called or what he said, but he worked the magic. The part came on Monday, and they had the Santa Fe fixed and back to us a day ahead of schedule! That was tremendous. We were already sold on the Hyundai, but this experience reminded us again of why we are on our third vehicle. The level of customer care is off the charts at Hyundai. And Kyle is the best service advisor we've ever had. The repairs fixed the problem and got us safely back home to Kansas City. I would gladly recommend Kunes Hyundai without hesitation. They are a five-star dealership! Check them out. You won't be disappointed! Ray Pritchard Shawnee, Kansas

Buck's Used Autos LLC review
I purchased a lower mileage 2013 Chevy Sonic from this dealer. I had a great experience. The car was exactly as described. The owner was completely transparent in his communication. I am from out of state and he made all the paperwork easy even though it was additional work for him. The price was more than fare, but most importantly it was a sound car. Again the owner was straightforward. It’s not a fancy car lot but honesty and good cars are more important.

My experience was very positive. The salesman, Stacey Loudenslager was very attentive to my personal needs in a vehicle and found the perfect match! He explained all the features in detail and made certain I had no questions prior to my leaving with my new used 2019 Dodge Truck Durango. The management staff worked with me to cover my purchase with an extended warranty and stay within my payment range. I will highly recommend Stacey and the management team to everyone! They are all very professional and will not sell a buyer anything they don't absolutely want. Thanks guys!!!

Pre visit was great. Salesman took a video of the car for me so I could inspect the vehicle further. Sales process was a little long. It a bigger dealership so they have their process to go through. Fair negotiation. Took a while to get to the finance office to close the deal. It’s a bigger dealership and it was a Saturday so expected. Overall good experience. I went to 6 other dealers and this why by far the best.

Blaise Alexander Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I've brought new and used vehicles from this dealer. Love the service department .... Had a new motor put in last visit. They are so helpful and have done great work for me. I will buy any future vehicles from them with confidence.....
