The salesman Doug was very helpful and knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in purchasing, there wasn't a vehicle on the lot with all the options I wanted but the dealership was very helpful in locating one the way I wanted. It was a very pressure free experience, I have accessories ordered and hope that transaction goes as smooth as the purchase.
The salesman Frank was nice. The car was represented online as it was in person. My only complaint is that they seemed to rush me through things, and I had to stop them several times to just slow down. No such thing as a perfect used car, but I am happy I was able to deal with a good, local, reliable dealership.
Even before I arrived at the dealership, Joshua from the BDC department went above and beyond helping me find cars for my visit. Salesmen Samuel was very friendly and patient and really worked with me on getting my dream car (2018 Jeep Compass Latitude) into my price range. We had a 13 year old car which had breathed its last, and like many people were in one of those uncomfortable positions where another payment would have stretched our budget too far. We decided taking precious money out of our savings and having no payment was in our best interest at this time.

My cousin and I visited Hyundai on 11/28/18 to trade in her money pit Cadillac. Dee Zavala was so helpful that she talked me into trading my 2011 Sonata . I can't express how great she and the staff were, especially since we didn't have the best credit. They made it happen for my cousin and I. I walked out with a 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL and my cousin a 2018 Elantra loaded. FYI this is my 3rd Sonata from Napleton.
