Car shopping can be a hassle. I saw this 300c online for a good price. An almost unbelievable good price. We had an appointment in Walnut Creek so we stopped by to see the car. My husband wasn't expecting much because of the price of the car. The car was beautiful. Justin Potthoff was our salesman and he made the whole buying a car experience a good experience. Everything went very smooth. All of the staff are very friendly. The finance manager, Alberto Fletes, didn't even try to pressure us into buying add ons, no pressure! Very nice place.
Will and Jim made my buying process so easy with no hassle and lots of knowledge on the Jeep we were looking at. Even though we stopped by on a Sunday afternoon, they all stayed behind after closing to make the deal happen as easy as possible. I buy a car at least once a year (mostly European brands) and the buying process at this dealership ranks as high as the luxury car dealers.

We went to the Roseville Auto Mall thinking that they would have a big selection on the Fiats, they only had one color & style. Not very happy! Next day we went on the Web Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Concord and saw that it had more Fiats on the lot to look at. We meet Sidney and he was very helpful & went over the cars details with my daughter who was very happy! She saw the color she wanted. Sidney was the best salesman that we had encounter with. I was amazed, I called in not really sure what I was looking for. It was early in the AM and the sales manager picked up the phone. 20 minutes later with the managers help I narrowed down what I was looking for to two jeeps. Both were waiting for me when I arrived. Alfonso greeted me personally and Chris showed me around the cars. I left 2 hours later with my new jeep. Shout out to the finance guy Kevin for explaining how my loan actually worked. Delivered van for oil change slightly earlier than appointment time and had it back in about 30 minutes. Fast, courteous and efficient. Representative helped me research RF interference from alternator.
