AutoNation Toyota Hayward review
Walked into Hayward Toyota, was greeted by salesman Moe. Went through the test drive/sales process. Took about 3 hours, got the car and financing that I wanted. My last car was bought here 9 years ago. 9 years later, traded the old car in and got a new ride. Was expecting a low ball offer for the old car, but the trade in offer was very reasonable. Very good service, no hassle, thanks for making the car purchase an easy process Moe.

2019 RAM 1500 review
I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

Laid back experience. Cars are as is-what you see is what you get. The van we looked at was missing some components and the CD player didn’t appear to work. No negotiation, just if you like it great, if not keep looking. Sales folks are straight forward-no one is making a new best friend but they are courteous.

WOW! A lot of these reviews that were posted on here were from years ago when it was under different ownership! I purchase my Wagoneer from here and it was a very pleasant buying experience and we have had no issues since the purchase, and our first service appointment is coming up!
2019 RAM 1500 review
The best truck I’ve ever owned! I’ve been a proud owner of five Ram 1500s over the years — a 1998, a 2005, a 2009, and two 2019s. It has always been a pleasure owning a Ram truck. They’ve been reliable, powerful, and just an overall great truck. I’ll always be a Ram fan!

Extremely courteous staff. They really do want your business. Everyone at the dealership was approachable from the General Manager to the receptionist. Excellent telephone manners were the deciding factor in visiting the dealership. Alfonso, at the service desk explained the work to be done and kept his promise on the cost. Open, honest, courteous. Very competitive pricing for service work. Excellent work performed.

Watsonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Watsonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
On 1/27/25 took my 2015 Wrangler in for a check engine light and the code I provided was for a faulty thermostat. My Service Advisor Michael gave me a price quote of just under $800 to replace the thermostat and housing which is after a $220 diagnostic charge. I was told that the part was on back order and would be a month or more before they could get it, "Sorry thats all we can do, we'll call you when it comes in," was their only reply. I took my Jeep to Firestone in Watsonville, they ordered the part from Santa Cruz Dodge and had it installed the next day. Watsonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram also at the time quoted $270.42 plus labor for a power steering flush that they said "failed." I called the Santa Cruz Dodge dealership and they quoted me $150. I purchased my vehicle from the Watsonville dealership and this is not the first instance of very poor customer service and price gouging in the service department. I have spoken to the service manager before who was responsive at the time but at this point I felt others should be forewarned.

Hoblit Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I had a great experience buying my vehicle here. My salesperson, Josh, was knowledgeable, patient, and made everything feel straightforward from start to finish. He took the time to answer every question I had, walked me through all the features, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. This made me feel valued and confident in his assistance. The dealership itself was clean and organized, and everyone I interacted with was friendly. The financing process was quick and clearly explained, and I felt confident about the options I was given, including the vehicles and features I was interested in. The car was ready when promised and exactly as described. Overall, it was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve had. I’d definitely recommend working with Josh if you’re looking for someone honest, helpful, and who really knows the inventory. This smooth process made me feel relieved and pleased with my choice.
