Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

Excellent, got a loan with no money down. They were very patient and I wasn't leaving without the perfect car. I have to say they went above and beyond. D Angelo was great. Pre-Approved before I got there and all they did was attend to my requests. If I could I would give them 10 stars.

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

Bought it new and have not had any warranty claims 40 k miles today. Family enjoys the comfort of the interior. Performance and fuel economy exceeded my expectation. I definitely would purchase again.

I had heard Sanderson Ford had a reputation of taking care of their customers. My experience there completely confirmed this. After having a horrible experience at another local Ford dealership, I called Sanderson to do some warranty work. I scheduled an appointment for the following Monday and on the Friday before, I was contacted by their service advisor, Mike Perreault. Mike said he always reviews the appointments that he has on the coming business day and, when he looked at my vehicle’s file, he noticed the factory warranty expired that day. Because of that, my vehicle would no longer be under warranty when I brought it in on Monday. He said that he would be willing to take my vehicle in that afternoon and when I told him that I wouldn’t be able to drop it off until shortly after they closed, he said he would wait for me. I brought my vehicle in and he was incredibly kind and easy to work with. I pointed out one warranty issue that the previous dealership would not address, saying it was normal for wheel well covers to pull in towards the tire. Mike said that was not correct and the problem would get addressed. Mike contacted me the following business day and told me my vehicle was ready for pick up. I was shocked that they got the work done so quickly. I can’t recommend Sanderson Ford enough and thank you Mike for your outstanding customer service.

Braden was really wonderfully helpful and was not pushy, which was really great! He made the car buying process so easy and stress free. When my daughter was 16, I went down to buy a salvage title car for her. Ended up buying an infinity G37 for myself and gave her my old car :). I drove that infinity for the next 6 years and handed it down to my son in law, and it’s still going strong. In the meantime, bought 4 other cars for others in my family and all are still on the road. Have referred Sam to numerous friends and all have had good experiences. You are buying a salvage title car, it may not be perfect. From my calculations these are priced at about 66% of what a similar clean title car would cost at a dealership. Have had no issues being able to insure the vehicles through USAA. Will be buying again from Sam!
