Toyota of MidlandReviews
Toyota of Midland review
I had a great experience at Toyota of Midland when I came in to replace a tire on my 2024 Toyota Tacoma. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I especially want to recognize my service advisor, April. She was absolutely amazing! She had such a positive attitude, was friendly, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated, and made me feel like a valued customer. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, and it really shows with April. Thank you, April, for providing outstanding customer service. Because of your professionalism and kindness, I’ll definitely be returning for future service. Toyota is lucky to have you on their team

The process was very easy, easier than I thought it was going to be. We had already had a bad experience at the Classic Chevy hwy 6 dealership and was kind of weary of going to another one but Joel and Blaine stepped up to make the experience at Classic Chevy Sugarland better than past experiences.

I took my car in for it's first oil change and tire rotation and the experience was great. Edwin was the person who I was assigned to and he was great! He even showed me some features about my K4 that I was not aware of. Very professional and said it would take less than 2 hours. He was spot on! The waiting room had coffee and ice with water. Very clean and about 4 TV 's you could watch.

It was a great experience from the moment I arrived on the lot. No pressure, and I was approved and off the lot in under 3 hours.

2024 RAM 1500 review
The last Hemi powered Rams. I have owned a lot of trucks and my last 3 were all Ram 1500 Hemi powered. I liked the new Hurricane I6 turbo motor coming soon but also want my truck to sound like a truck. I am glad I got my 24 at the end of 2023 before I moved across the country to Texas. I have the Laramie trim level 4x4 and etorque engine. The start stop is so much smoother with the etorque system while I also enjoy that it is turned off when in tow mode. We have a Tritoon we pull behind that weights about 7,500lbs. Tows it just fine. A little more squat than I would like if I put extra supplies in the bed. However I am planning on getting airbags to assist. This is my first ram with the ram box and I love it! The dry storage is great for basic items and we use when grocery shopping every weekend. The entertainment system is good not great. Every now and then it messes us and I have to reset it. Gotta love technology but by pressing the volume and tune knob in at same time for 15 seconds it resets easily. Wireless CarPlay is great! The Harmon Kardon sound system is nice. I have a speaker rattle that the dealer is ordering a new speaker for replacement. I have had 2 recalls so far and 1 warranty visit at a local dealer. (Not the best experience) but new ownership of a large corporate owned store they just don’t seem to care. The locally owned store is now assisting me and while parts still take time it’s nice when they call you occasionally for an update vs never calling you back. My only gripe is the 23&24 ram Laramie trucks stoped. Coming with the painted fender flairs so it feels a bit naked and I got a door ding at a shopping center without that protection. (My older ram truck had it) anyway great power. Good highway fuel (20mpg not towing) I average 17mpg driving in this crazy dfw traffic. Towing it goes way down to 10-12 mpg. I averaged 11.5 driving from Ohio to Texas. Lots of tech and big interior. Looking for many years of enjoyment.
