A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. I just recommend you do your own research on the particular car your looking at. I did not and still got a good deal. Ask for Jesse.

I love getting my Jeep serviced at Freedom in Duncanville because the employees are so nice! Daveon Smith greeted me at once as soon as I arrived and got my Jeep in for it's oil change. I've read another review about the dated look of the waiting room; but too me, none of that matters when the staff is so nice. I've been to the "fancy" service department at the Arlington dealership and the service was horrible both times I went for a simple tire change there. Arlington's staff were rude by changing the TV channel while customers were watching, or simply turning the TV off. Also both times I was at Arlington I got there at 8:00 and was there after 3pm. So I will take the dated waiting room of Duncanville with the friendly staff any day. Arlington has proven fancy isn't better.
