He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Not sure my review went through so writing it again. Wonderful service experience. Was on a trip in our Camper Van from MA to FL when a CV joint failed. Justin took us in first thing the next morning, confirmed the problem, and had us on the road by noon. I could be more impressed by how well we were treated.

Service department very helpful and courteous. Called for an appointment for inspection and oil change and they made an appointment to accommodate my schedule. Work was done on time so that I could coordinate pickup with my schedule.
