AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Richland HillsReviews
AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Richland Hills review
After a car wreck on Monday; Car hunting starting Thursday, AutoNation was the perfect place to buy a car. Britney was kind, patient and encouraging and when I drove away in my 2025 Honda CR-V, I felt confident I'd found the right car, and bought from an honest dealership. When my car did not have a front license plate bracket, they arranged for me to have one put on at an Autonation closer to my home. Britney called to check on me a few days later to make sure everything was good and I didn't have questions. I appreciate this dealership and would recommend them easily.

I bought a new Jeep on 7-11-20, and the experience was excellent. A few weeks earlier I had contacted the Sales Team for a trade assessment of my old vehicle, and all of the information and options were provided very timely. The financing process was very fast and I had to spend very little time at the dealership. Great people and operation.

Van Nuys Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. We can't thank him enough for his patience, kindness, and phenomenal Customer Service. This location has a gem of an employee, and we hope that he is recognized! Thank you, Alex! And thank you, Juan! We look forward to working with you again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Thrilled with My New 2024 Jeep Wrangler! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently purchased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler from Columbia CDJR, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping me find the perfect vehicle. The Jeep Wrangler has always been a dream car for me, and this 2024 model exceeded all expectations. The buying process was seamless—no pushy sales tactics, just helpful and honest advice. The team at Coumbia CDJR took care of everything, from helping me choose the right trim and features to making sure I understood all the financing options. They even took the time to walk me through all the amazing features of the Wrangler before I drove off the lot. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly values its customers and delivers top-notch service, I highly recommend Columbia CDJR. Thank you for making my Jeep dreams come true! 🚙💨

Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I can't believe I'm writing a glowing review of a car dealership. But here goes......Hands down the best place to purchase a Jeep. Just bought a rare 2021 Jeep 392 Rubicon. Very hard to come by. I did just what the TV ad said and went right to Jay. Without hesitation he ordered me one. Other dealers were charging 10 to 20 thousand over sticker...Not Jay. Like his ad says "Come see me Jay...Don't overpay". I did (see Jay) and I didn't overpay. I picked this beast of a Jeep up yesterday and could not be happier. From the moment I walked in yesterday I was treated like I was the only customer in the store...Yet the store was really busy. Aside from Jay I dealt with Ray Powers the service manager. He could not have been nicer. Rare for a service manager to be so nice and knowledgeable. Nothing that I needed. done to the new Jeep was an issue and was done right away. As far as the delivery went Big Mike got me on the road knowing everything I needed to know about my new Jeep. He signed me up on the spot for free Sirius, U Connect and Jeep Wave. All in all I have bought at least 20 cars in my lifetime. This was by far the best experience ever. Oh...I forgot to mention this place is state of the art. One last thing that my wife noticed....2 people were running around cleaning off the seats and and tables throughout the dealership. They are taking Covid seriously. Thank you Jay, Ray, Big Mike. Also thanks to Joe A. who was out sick yesterday. Thanks for keeping me up to date on the build process.

Grubbs CDJR of Wichita Falls review
Everything went good! I looked at the car online. They contacted me. I was able to meet with Ray the salesman the same day he was amazing. Did a great job. I was taking my time looking into the vehicle and while I was looking into it, someone else came in and bought it. I got good information from the sales people. I even got a couple emails from the general manager. It was an overall good experience.
